This place is a great little bike shop! They go out of their way to have good customer service. The selection right now is somewhat down but they do their best to order anything you may need. Great advice and I always use them for tune ups and mechanical issues. Top notch service 👍

Had a not so good experience in here today. I just needed a quick adjustment on my derailleur, nothing big. They told me it would take four days to check it out. They didnt even look at the bike. I get it, they are swamped. But a quick check would have helped, i would pay and be on my way.Im sure it wasnt something major, Plus i bought the bike there. This was my go to shop when i needed something quick, not anymore. Ill go to incycle, yes overpriced but they help out when your in a jam. Remember this review when things get back to normal and even is driving instead of riding bikes.👋

I came here for service - tune-ups on two bikes that we had bought from them. Good thing, because they cant get bikes like ours to sell. They do have a shop full of cool cruisers and beach bikes - and childrens models - if youre in the market for something like that. But although theyre booked up for service, you can make an appointment and theyll take good care of you. 🚲

Went in and asked for a tune up / tire lining / new tubes to help with little annoying thorns as my front tire was flat. Was given a price and paid up front (mistake 1). I was given an idea how long it would take, but after a few extra days I called to find out my bikes statues. The store clerk didnt know where my bike was and didnt have the ticket number they gave me. After describing my bike they did find it and stated they had lost the ticket. Told me it was ready and I left to pick up my bike. When I arrived the clerk was busy so I went and found my bike and it still had the front tire flat. I spoke to the clerk who guaranteed me the bike had been worked on even with the same flat I had brought in. I decided to believe him and he put air in the tire and I took it home (mistake 2). After 2 days I checked the tire and it was flat again. So I took it in again and talked to the same clerk who didnt argue and had both tires worked on while I watched. After a 30 min ride with my son I can say the tires are good but the bike is still making sounds that the tune up was supposed to fix and obviously was never done like the tires originally. I payed them 135 dollars for this experience. I dont plan on taking it back for the tune up and will just eat that cost (75 bucks) and I would not suggest anyone else go to this shop either.

If they did less riding after work maybe they wouldnt be backed up half a month of work. I suggest anyone that sees this go to Incycle. It may be a lil more expensive but atleast theyll get it done

Covina Valley is awesome. I have Been coming here since I was little.

Had temporary petals replaced. Not to crowded and the guy was very nice and took some extra steps : checked and added a little air on my tires. This is by far one of the best places I’ve been to on the past few months or fixing and sell it a few bikes. It’s a small place and guys are all nice, but guy who helped me was excellent !😬

Had an old bike with flat tires and noisy gears. The guys here were really knowledgeable. They had a line of bikes inside that needed to be fixed, and another line of bikes that were ready to be picked up. I think a great place to come for repairs.

My bike was stolen last night so I got a new one for my birthday!! Covina Valley had the one I wanted.. They were awesome! They held it for me.. Support the little businesses, they deserve it! governor Gruesome is certainly doing everything to kill them!!

I had a bad experience here, they sold me a bike that looked cool at first but was an embarrassing piece of junk. It was partly my fault because of my budget, but I think it is usually courtesy to offer ideas and alternatives as a salesman, to give advice to the buyer, even if a sale is not made.

Ive purchased two Trek bikes from this store in the past, but customer service was terrible in my last two visits. Actually there was NO customer service. In my last visit there were two free employees and both failed to attend me and a second customer.

Honest fair bike repairs. I needed a to rent a bike rack for a trip to utah. Cameron had one he never used and sold me an awesome one that was like brand new for $50. ThatsAwesome service awesome service.

3/5 for efforts! But honestly it was difficult apparently for them installing Tannus inserts. Maybe Tannus products is new and not a lot of people’s know how to install them on tubeless. Air was still leaking on valve. Nway, going to a different shop...!

I used to work at a bike shop and have been to dozens across the country, this is one of the best if not THE best shop I have ever been to. Service was incredibly good, incredibly friendly, and prices were very reasonable. They got me all set up for a 5-day bike tour through the mountains where my bike performed beautifully. Highly, highly recommended shop!

I visited Covina Valley Cyclery today. I had bought a bicycle at a thrift store and needed to get it up to speed. Jacob, their employ put air in the tires, helped me get a kick stand and put lights on the front and back for me. The service was great and so was the price. I would recommend them to all my friends.

A awesome place to get parts for your bike for any kind and also have great bikes the service is great especially Cameron.

They were super friendly and helpful. I rode my left pedal to death about 10 miles into my 40 mile ride home and they totally bailed me out. They just happened to have a used, left SPD pedal without a matching right pedal and Camron hooked me up with it so I could make it home without dropping $170 on a new pair (which is pretty huge for me since Im in grad school).

The best bike shop you can talk with the owners and the staff members .I have a 4 tire tubes that I order online and I got the wrong sizes .I spoke with one of there nice employee if I can trade my continental tubes and they said ok to trade for the fare deal with different brand .awesome place for bikes

Just came from there. They hooked my bike up. It was shipped to me with a lot of issues and this bike shop fixed all the issues. I definitely got my moneys worth.

The owner initially charge me $60 to put my brakes on my bike went back today to drop it off and Hikes it up to $150 then i asked how did it go up from $60. Then he rudely comments i just dont want to do it. N chuckles. sounds like he will take advantage of people if he feels like it. ** first time I went there he was really cool I dont know what happened maybe he had a bad day now I got to find another place to do it sucks cuz this place is literally down the street from my house.

This is the best bike shop in town I have been a long time customer. They have quality products and repairs.

Came in to have bike tuned up. Dropped off bike on a thursday, told it would be ready that day. I was told i would receive a call to inform bike was done. Didnt receive one. Returned to store the following wednesday, and bike was returned. I was told the price for tune up, but not what exactly was done to my bike. I had to be the one that asked what exactly was done. And ask, and ask. Paid and left. Not too happy with service, or lack of contact from the shop. Havent ridden bike so dont know how well it runs following shop visit. Wont return.

Customer Service was good but their prices seemed a bit high and the selection of smaller bikes(youth/kids) was very limited.

They do not give the item you bought on time they say friday then ohh soryy next next friday

I get spare tubes here and they are very affordable.

I left my bike on a Tuesday to pick it up on Friday and when I got there on Friday it wasn’t done and they said an hour to replace tubing. So I left and then when I came back two hours later they still didn’t have it done. And then they did it in like ten minutes.

No matter what you might need i bet they got it, nicest group of people, and know anything about any bike. CVC is the GO TO!!!!
