Went in to grab a few things with my wife. The store was clean and organized. The cutting counter was quick. We had a few coupons to use and the cashier was very accommodating.

Ok, look you really can find semi precious gemstones and freshwater potato pearls here to make beautiful, professional and if you dont feel comfortable or have a reputable gems vendor yet, you can definitely start here ladies.

This store is well stocked. Sufficient staffing. Their air conditioning could have been set cooler. A cooler store means I stay in it longer.

A bit of a distance from my home but well worth the drive. Loved how sanitary every single staff member was. They have a great variety of fabrics despite all the mask making as of late. One big plus for me was their displays. Many times you get inspired by a video or social media post and want to run to get all the products. My personal experience is not being able to find things in other stores or materials are scattered throughout the store. This particular location had a display of resin and resin kits. It was the way that it was presented that left me feeling good about what I purchased and good about everything I can possibly need being in ONE spot. I wish I would have taken more photos of this location.

I was early to puck up my online order and they got it ready for me while I waited. So appreciate their helpfulness! The store looked lovely too. Cant wait to have the time to go back and just browse!

During this crazy time, Ive been busy making masks and Joanns have the best fabrics, selection are beautiful and the pickup is so easy.

I got in on many sale items plus coupons on my phone. I saved about $47.00 off my purchase. I was extremely happy with the deep discounts on many items.

The cashier was completely honest about the machine I was purchasing and made sure I was aware of the negative aspects of it.... and welcomed me back the next day to return it no questions asked. :/

They have almost everything for sewing, arts n crafts. Nice organized place. Not packed and employees are helpful when needed.

I recently went to Joann Fabrics and they have this super cool deal that when you buy a face mask you get 3 more for free. I could not pass up this deal. The masks are good because they are made of cloth not too heavy so you can breathe. I wouldnt recommend using them for exercise though. I like the fact that you can adjust them and that they cover your mouth completely and still have left over space.

Took years but this has become one of the best stocked JoAnn stores.

Thry have just about everything in stock and the help are all very pleasant and helpful.

Although the cutter cut my material a lil little bit off you know sometimes that happens. The place was clean, cold, empty, however the people who worked there were on point.

Really like Joanns, it has pretty much everything I need for my multiple crafts, yes theyre a bit pricy, but most hobby places are, especially when theyre offering huge selections! The JoAnn app is very easy to use & convenient. Staff is very friendly, not as knowledgeable as 1 would think, in regards to how tos for someone who works at a craft store, but thats minor, seeing as how thats the norm any more..,

The employees are very helpful. There was a customer in the store that was very upset and giving an employees a tough time. The employee offered him solutions and she was very kind. Joanns is luck to have her.

Customer service at this location is terrible. I moved to the area 4 months ago and thought maybe the associate(s) were having off days but after 4 months of regularly going there this is not the case. They all give off annoyed and irritated vibes for the most basic of tasks. And if theyre not annoyed they are confused about how to perform basic tasks like how to cut foam. Terrible service from management as well.

They have great deals. Theyve attempted to keep the store under the new standards for this pandemic. However, they werent able to control the crowd. We came on a sunday and it was quite packed because of the sale that theyre probably offering. People have lost the whole idea of social distancing and so did the staff. On the other hand, some of the staff seemed friendly.

Big store well stocked. Not all the workers safe distance 😟 and that was very disappointing. A worker came right next to me where I was looking just to straighten out merchandise. What? Really?? She could have waited until I left the area. It wasnt even necessary so I question why she did it.

When you go to Joanns make sure you have plenty of time to spare. I went in to purchase yarn. I found some I really liked. They do have a great selection. I went to the front of the store to pay for my items. There were about 5 other customers in front of me besides the one already being helped at the register. Only ONE cashier. I kept looking at my watch, because I had to take my mother to a doctors appointment. The cashier was slow and I finally had to put my items on a shelf and walked out. They really need to have more registers opened. There were three more people behind me, so now there were 8 in line. I waited 10 minutes before I left. Very disappointed. Its Christmas time they need to have faster check out service.

Employees very pleasant. Willing to show me where the material was when I could not find it. The store very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. This is the store I like to go to when shopping at Joanns.

Terrible service. while at joans me and my mom were checking out some items. she proceeded to pay with a 100$ bill. the cashier procceded to get a pen and mark it repeatedly 6 times. as if that wasn’t enough, he scratched the bill to check if it was fake. even if that wasnt enough he lifted it up to the light to see if it was real. ny mom asked him if there was enough ink in the first pen and he said no. even after he knew it was real he still checked to see if it was fake. mind you, me and my mom are visibly mexican.. being racially profiled is not/and never will be okay. terrible encounter. she came out the store teary eyed and this was so degrading to her pride.

Large store with tons of crafting supplies. The day I went I was in search of paper crafting/journaling/planner supplies and everything seemed picked over but I got some good deals. I’ll visit again and hope it is better stocked.

Jo Anns has a great location for me, just around the corner. They do have sales that I take advantage of and while walking around the store I can pick up other items. However it would be nice if the clerk would be more helpful, like other stores do by either helping me log onto the coupons on my phone when I cant get my app to work or provide me with a coupon they have at the register.

They seem to be a little low on stock.

This place has my favorite vanilla candle. It smells like an old school vanilla Pipe. I could smell it all day long.

I do love shopping here but ... they really need more cashiers when the checkout line gets gets over 7 up to 15 people long.Something else to consider would be an employee with sewing and crafting experience to assist customers with questions.? I’ve had questions re: how to sew specialty fabrics or “laundering instructions for certain other fabrics that require special care . Please move knowledgeable people..
