Several mistakes were made with my order. One of them was that I asked for all bagels to be toasted well. They came out under toasted(see photo). They don’t use butter, but use margarine instead, disgusting. There were flies everywhere, some on the bagels(I ordered ones on the other side of the flies) and several landed on me while I was waiting for my order. I should have just left, but I was in a hurry and didn’t know of any other places in the area. Big mistake. The younger girl that works there is highly incompetent.

This place is the absolute best I the area. I come here whenever I get the chance. Alan is always friendly and really takes the time needed to help you get the best bagel. It was toasted to perfection with just the right amount of cream cheese. Had to go back in and grab another after finishing this amazing jalapeno cheddar bagel.

Had the breakfast bagel with ham. Wife got the Atlantic bagel 🥯 it was delicious. Freshly squeezed O.J. 🍊 was nice! Customer service was excellent by a very nice young lady named Sarah. Will return again.😁

Came here today for the 1st time and had a ultimate breakfast sandwich. it was BOMB. That thing is fully loaded with egg sausage and bacon. You also get to choose the bagel.Owner is super nice and friendly. Will definitely come back

My first time here and I got bagels here for my co-workers and my co-workers loved it. This place has more of a variety compared to Panera and they make their own cream cheese. I tried their plain cream cheese, garlic herb cream cheese, and strawberry. Loved them all, Im coming here again.

Price is just to high for me. They have a decent amount of options. The bagels did taste good but If you want a bagel sandwich you better be ready to cough up the extra dough. I Stopped by to get some bagels for an office meeting and they were good but in order to have purchased a sandwich for everyone I would have had to spend over $100 and my team meeting consisted of 8 people. Customer service was lack luster and needs a bit of improvement as well.

My father enjoyed it and I made my own bagel $8 both were beautifully plated and delicious. Both were $22.33I would come here again. Also, they give you free water bottles.

First time trying this spot and I Love their Bagels! The Bagelry in Covina offers a variety of bagels to choose from. They offer sweet, savory, healthy and gourmet. This time I got a dozen of gormet bagels for $13.99 with cream cheese. All bagels were a hit! Next time I will be sure to try one of their tasty looking signature specialties

Came here the other day for a morning bagel and it was a great experience. Customer service was great, the place was nice and vibey and parking finding the place was easy.The Bagelry can be found Rowland St, not too far from all the auto dealerships nearby. You can easily miss it since its tucked away in a plaza but of course if you look hard enough you can easily find it. The parking lot was nice and spacious for a smaller plaza. The front of the establishment is nice and clean and definitely looks better inside.Walking inside, you can immediately see the crown jewels of the establishment on the right, the bagels. There is a wide selection of plain bagels and more specialty bagels like the Works, Cheese Bagels, etc. I ordered the Works (Everything) Bagel with regular cream cheese and had it toasted. There are other options like bagel sandwichs, drinks, I believe there is a Lox Bagel and you can even get a bagel combo with a drink.The bagel itself was one of the reasons I knocked off a star. I enjoyed every single bite of the bagel but something just seemed off. It felt much lighter than most of the bagels Ive had in my life and I still cant pinpoint whats missing. I will definitely come back and try the other selections to see if they can scratch what could be missing and fulfill that empty void, but for now I have to keep the review at a 4 star from my one experience there so far.All-in-all, I enjoyed my experience here and can see why it is such as staple business in Covina. I would definitely come back and will update my review on the other bagels. I am now looking forward to try the Pesto bagel I saw on my other visit.

I came on a day when the staff was late to open the store and therefore the stock was limited. The bagels were cold but still tasted good. My coworkers enjoyed the cream cheese. Will try again when they are opened on time and have more bagels in stock

This place is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. I work down the street so I make it a routine to come down almost every day. My regular is New York Omelette on a Poppy Seed Bagel! The owner is amazing. He treats me like family and is the most polite, hardworking man. Thank you!

Bagel was as pictured and loaded with flavor. I got the veggie deluxe. The alfalfa sprouts were sprinkled with tasty seasonings, the avocado was a generous serving and the cream cheese was perfect. The iced coffee lost it a star. Watery. The jalapeño bagel was yummy, will have it toasted next time.

Locally owned bagle shop with a great choice of fresh bagels. The coffee here is also really good.

The menu price was good. Their selection of foods was delicious. Nice atmosphere.

I come here often and the staff, service and of course food is great. This place and the owner Alan have made it home like feel when you come in. Wish more food businesses had this mind set.

Awsome bagels

Owner is amazing ! Bagels are the best! Egg, cheese and sausage on wheat bagel and Turkey and provolone cheese on a pesto bagel! Thank God we found this little hidden gem!

Sweet bagels barely had any flavor. Tried cinnamon apple, cinnamon raisin, and blueberry. The bagels barely had any fruit in them but had a good texture and chew.

Amazing bagels!!! Came from Pomona to eat breakfast before a 5k. Fresh, great variety, & delicious freshly squeezed orange juice! Plus great customer service.

First they messed up the order and gave us just ham and egg. the egg was put in plastic containers and microwaved! the ham is 2 cent ham lunch meat! they care only about profit not quality. do not go! we love bagels and will travel now for a good bagel, oh well.

Wheat bagel omelette is delicious and very fresh. We found this place on internet but when we asked for fresh juice, lox bagel they either ran out of it or it was not available, the coffee was cold.However the young man who served us was very polite and apologetic for the items we asked for and not being available.Had it not been for this young mans respectful demeanor I would rate this place a 1.The way he approached the situation made a difference.

A great place to eat! Everything is fresh, service is amazing and the restaurant is always clean! Plus they dont rush their customers they take their time to make sure each customer is happy with their purchase. I highly recommend and enjoy!

Bagels are too over hyped here. We tried the blueberry bagel and it tasted like a plain bagel. We will not go back to this place again. Panera is way better!

Good food

This place in general is nice, but the quality of bagel is just ok. And the cheese bagels are a joke! It looks like they took a plain bagel and put sliced cheese on it and baked it! They are always out of fountain drinks and if you aren’t there by 9 am the selection of bagels isn’t very good.All of the staff is very nice and their prices are quite reasonable. Just wish they had better quality bagels

Saw this place on Google Maps when looking for my go-to bagel spot. Decided to try it out. The reviews and images enticed me. When I arrived, I was the only customer-good right? Well, since the place opens at 5am and closes at 2pm; I got there close to Noon, and most of my choices from the menu were not available. Bummer! But I did try their new lunch promotion Build A Bagel with a drink a bag of chips. Good deal for $8. I would try next time to get here much earlier to be able to try the tasty bagel options. Lots of seating, piped in music and free wi-fi. If you are in the Downtown Covina area, check it. Youthful vibe

Non authentic Bagels, basically flavorless for the three different kinds I tried. Only one person at the counter working in the morning so the wait was very long.

This place is awesome whenever I’m in the West Covina side if I’m feeling a good flavorful bagel with veggies ...or just cream cheese.. this is the place the iced coffee is so good great customer service and they always make you feel welcomed. Recommended for the bagel lovers!

The food here is GREAT but the Vietnamese coffee is even BETTER! Service is kindly pleasing and fast. It gets a bit busy in the mornings, so don’t be discouraged by the long lines.

I went to this place this morning for the first time everybody was really nice the food was excellent but the price for my bagel said 3.49t and he tried to charge me 5.50, he said that the price with tax I said tax is not two dollars on $3.50 and then he tried to charge me or did charge me $4.40 which is still more than 10% tax and now I just checked my account when I got home and I was charged $5.29 I know I’m not great at math but something is not right here.
