ERIC TO THE RESCUE!First timer at this shop. I get there and services are by appointment only due to pandemic impacts. No problem, Eric had me scheduled in a heartbeat.On my way out, my truck dies on me, no battery juice!Eric didnt hesitate to help me get it started.I honestly felt like he truly wants to help and get things done and fixed.I have my appointment to drop off my truck tomorrow and already feel like my truck is in great hands.Thanks Eric and your other mechanic for the help in getting me home! I will see you tomorrow to get this all started.FOLLOW UP 3 WEEKS AFTER FIRST JOB.It has been 3 weeks and my truck runs like new!Omar gave me options to choose from and I appreciated his honesty and willingness to help me and educate me on what option was best.I have a couple more things I want to fix and will MOST DEFINITELY be taking my truck back to Omar and Eric.If you are unsure of where to seek services for your truck, this is THE place to go.As a first timer, Im glad I took my truck here and met great guys that know what they are doing and are reasonably priced.Thanks Omar and Eric. In response to the comment and a experience updateHi there, I do not need to tell anybody about the review I made on the social media. This is my right to do so. I think I was confused that Ron was the partner of the shop, as well as the dollar amount Ive spent at your shop since Ive spent over 10k in repairing on this range rover at multiple place. My experience during todays pick-up was not pleasant as well. Eric told me that he was there during the conversation I had with Ron. He believe theres nothing wrong about it. Well, I told Eric things could have been much easier if Ron can pass the phone to him or he would take over the phone and explain to me better when Ron can not handle. The reason that I was trying to negotiate this time was nobody can explain to me properly. When Ron told me that they just charged the battery and clear the code. I thought it was a easy fix this time so I could use the diagnosis fee into another minor repair that I might wanna get it done at the same time. Finally, Eric explained everything to me today and suggest that I could get a equipment to maintain the battery charge level even if I dont drive it. Basically, this repeated battery dead problem wouldnt even happen if I could have such information during last service. The worst part was that he still believe theres nothing wrong about what happened. He even told me if I still think the other way, I will not be welcomed to their shop. Well, just like what I said in the first review, I am not planning to go back to your shop especially when the owner wont admit a simple issues nor improve it.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ive been sending the 04 range rover to Original Jaguar and Land Rover for many times in the past few years. Ive spent more than $6000 for the repairing at their place. I really appreciate the decent service they provide . I trust them and I have no issue with their service charge and pay for whatever I need to pay before. But in the recent service, Ron the owner was very rude. He told me to pick up the car and pay for the service charge when I still have questions about the service. I believe this is a misunderstanding but theres no reason to be rude to a long term returned customer, right? I dont think I will be going back their shop any more.

I have been going to Eric for about 9 years for my personal vehicle. My family has been going there since the 90s. Eric and his staff have always been honest with their assessment of our vehicles. They are knowledgeable on Jags and Land Rovers. I wouldnt take my Range Rover anywhere else

I was referred to Eric by Cerritos Jaguar and it was the best referral ever. My vehicle jag a problem that could not be fixed at the dealer being that my jaguar was an earlier 2k model, Eric not only took on the job, he gave me the best pricing and time to pay! Great customer service I will always bring my car to him and I live in Lancaster, CA......Hes that good!

Eric, the owner of Original Jaguar has been our mechanic since the 1990s. He has worked on at least 5 of the Jaguars that we have owned in that period. Hes very experienced, extremely competent and equally honest and fair. In this age of electronic warfare when it comes to cars (and Jaguar has its share of electrical problems), Eric has stayed current and is the best you are likely to find anywhere. Its his business and he cares.

BEWARE.BEWARE.BEWARE!Had my parents car title declared salvage, after repairing cosmetic damage recieved at this shop! My parents are older and Eric (shop owner) totally took advantage of their trusting him. This was the only mechanic my mom trusted for nearly 20 years, but when they were moving into a retirement facility, he used his insurance to fix the car, knowing they would not find out until registration the following year.To add salt to the wound, a second mechanic found the years of maintenance was not actually done, just charged for and paid.DONT TRUST THIS GUY! Especially the elderly!
