As the mechanic kept my SUV in bay. Then I saw two mechanics on my SUV. One then changed oil in the sedan behind my SUV. Later, he pulls BOTH autos out of the bay, oil change completed! Amazing experience, I won’t be going anywhere else. Hector was an absolute pro—courteous, professional, quick, just all around great. I was in and out in no time at all and the process was totally painless. When just about every other place in town let me down, Hector and the team at this location went above and beyond to help me out.

Bad part is that it is really hard to get a phone call into this place. I came in and got an oil change was called once job was done. Was able to pay and leave. I had to come back after a week because oil started to drip. I guess according to the tech it was excess oil. Does not leave me feeling to confident in coming here the next time. I only did it out of convenience. I had a friend that worked at a Walmart auto center and I did well. I can only guess that each Walmart would give you different service.

Always go to Upland Walmart for oil change never have they said we don’t have your filter type so can’t oil change your Prius.Get to Covina. We don’t have Prius filters and haven’t had them in a while.Call before you go or don’t go at all.

The mechanic was nice, but if you don’t have an appointment don’t even bother coming. Even if you call and they tell you to come early without an appointment. You’re going to waste your time.

Cheap how ever take for ever to take care of business and there customer service is terrible.

The oil change service here in my opinion is affordable, fast and friendly. Ive been coming here for a little over a year and Ive never encountered an issue. I usually spend no more than an hour here if I come between 8A.M. and 10A.M. And they have a nice little waiting room with seating and t.v. while you wait.I normally purchase the Pit Crew Oil Change which is only $19.88.And includes, up to 5 quarts of conventional motor oil (5W-20, 5W-30 or 10W-30), a new oil filter, chassis lubrication (where applicable), battery performance check and tire pressure adjustment as needed. Such a value if youre looking for something economical. Give them a try!

Great tire sales great service. No appointment necessary to get your tires rotated but get there early, Mind you possibly may have to wait because they do make appointment for oil changes which they take first.

When I got there after 5, they were short staffed. But the gentleman helping me was extremely polite and professional. He told me it could take up to 2 hrs however it was finished before the 2 hours. AND he even cleaned my windshield twice. Customer service alone I rate 5 stars.

Great prices, slow/lackluster service. Do yourself a favor and check on your car every 15-20 min if you’ve been waiting awhile. The last 3 visits they had me waiting for 20+ min after the car was finished, because nobody bothered to notify me, even when waiting right there at the auto center. I even had to go get my keys from a mechanic and back my car out of the service area, because nobody could be bothered with pulling my car out when it was done. Everybody seems nice there so I don’t go off, but there’s a pattern of inconsiderateness that’s extremely frustrating. Gotten worse lately.

Took my car to get my headlight lights changed, service was fast but the headlight died a week later! I opened my hood to my car only to find a screwdriver (which was left in the hood of my car ) and the light bulb was installed incorrectly! Had to go out a rebuy a new light bulb which was really frustrating because I wasted money! I usually take my car here for oil changes, but after this experience, Im hesitant to trust the employees again......

Staff is great, friendly and approachable. However I average almost 2 hours for all the times Ive been going there, from oil changes to tire repair and rotations. So staff is great, but service time is lacking for simple tasks.

Its a good place to buy tires, but dont expect to get in and out right away, even if your the first one in line. They have a real good warranty plan, you cant beat it.

Ordered tires online, picked up at the store, the staff were friendly, didnt try to push their own services on us. Quick and painless, we were in and out with our new tires in less than 10 minutes.

Worst place ever, lazy staff and in respectable managers.No customer care or respect, don’t care for any complaints, unhelpful at all.Wasting lot of time to change oil and tires without even apologize and trying to convince you that it is ur fault that u didn’t ask for the time.Frankly it is the worst place ever to have a service.I don’t advise anyone to come here even if the prices is little cheap but u still wasting a lot of time.

Dont do tire rotation here. They only drive the car to the rear and call it done. I find that out by the tire bump I have. None of the tire has been rotate. Never have tire pressure check out either. Obviously did not do the work.

Purchased car battery. Price was good. But it was not installed perfectly.

I got a flat on the 210 fwy. My insurance road side assistance took me to a tire place across the street from Wal-Mart auto. The place wasnt going to have my car ready until the next day so I called walmart automotive and the service manager Manny drove to where I was, took off my tire and took me to walmart. They placed a new tire on my rim and he drove back to my car and put it on. I am so extremely satisfied and beyond grateful. The Wal-Mart automotive manager Manny went above and beyond for me as a customer. Thank you.

More like 1/2 star there is no organization here, they love throwing out the words it will be a 3 hour wait, under staffed after being here for 2 hours a couple that had been here for a tire install had been waiting for over 5 hours and at the end returned the tires to only take up more time of what little staff they had, the people ahead of me have been here for 4 hours and I am on 2 and a half all this just for an oil change dont waste your time here on the weekend, you can do better even now there no one at my car just the hood is up and no one there

Very helpful from the very beginning..I am a fellow Associate at Walmart..Its great to see the friendly help I recieved at another Wal-Mart ..as soon as I walked through Garden area I asked for a L cart and there was an associate waiting where the storage bens where waiting to help..

The hassle of buying a battery for only slightly cheaper than a big name auto parts store is not worth the hassle. My time is definitely worth more than the savings.

1st timer for oil change...fast professional service

The price are ok. The service not that good. I lost my hubcap and I have to jack up my car loose lugs and retight them again in proper order since my brake was rough due to non center brake rotors.

Came here for a replacement car battery that was under warranty. Initial test said it could take a charge, so they charged it up (1hr), but afterwards the system said the cold crank amps (CCA) was under specification, so got a free replacement.

They do a nice job. Theyll even vacuum your car for an oil change. Sometimes the wait time is too long.

This is the most slow and lazy workers in theWorld bad bad bad serviceThis is the first and last time I deal with this f company 3.30 horus to change my oil and only four car front of me and they told me its will take one hour 15 minutes to finish 3 hours and we not finish yet

They charge to much I go to the small tire shops they charge cheaper for the same size tires and brand.

They dont explain about warrantys until after it is expired. Do not buy your automotive batteries from them cause if they replace it under warranty they will not replace it again under the new battery warranty.
