If youre in the market for ANY Genesis car or SUV, make sure and ask for Sam, he made the whole process a piece of cake, he also was way more knowledge than any YouTube review video out there on a Genesis. He was hands down the best car person i have ever dealt with to date on a new car purchase. He will not BS around with you, he will no cut corners and or come up with anything you want to hear. We came in wanting to look at the Genesis G70 after hearing many good things about it but did not have extensive knowledge on the vehicle. We spoke with Sam and he explained everything about the G70 model beyond what we were expecting. We ended up leasing the G70 and working with Sam was truly the best vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. Even while we were waiting for all the paperwork to be completed Sam sat down and talked with us the entire time. If you are looking for a vehicle in Council Bluffs talk to Sam.

Purchased new G90 with promises that all maintenance would be taken care of including Service Valet pickup with a loaner. This was addressed several times before purchase and we were assured Edwards would be happy to provide Service Valet (like Lexus has done are us since 2005). Well, after one year it seems that we now live to far away for them to provide this service. Edwards Genesis has decided they can no longer provide Service Valet if you live over 50 miles from the dealership according to Amy, the service center manager. We purchased this vehicle thinking we would get a Lexus experience but this does not seem to be the case. Good thing we only have to deal with Genesis for 3 years. Here is a quote from Genesis website You may never set foot in our service center. With complimentary Genesis Service Valet* for 3 years or 36,000 miles, we’ll perform a remote diagnostic check, pick up your vehicle, send a Courtesy Replacement and return your Genesis when it’s ready...hum, not really...And dont get me started on the lack of Apple/Android phone integration which was promised before delivery. You would think a 2019 Genesis G90 flagship vehicle would offer these features - after all, our 2015 Silverado and 2016 F-150 have these features built-in.

Went on their site and did a trade in quote for 30k. Turns out they dont honor said quote. Terrible way to do business..... from 30k trying to lowball me at 22 for a 2019 arteon with only 13500 miles. Would leave 0 stars but cant.
