A young man named Gauge helped me, he was extremely professional, answered all of my questions, and was quick to diagnose the problems with my electric guitar. Not to mention he was pretty easy on the eyes! I would recommend this guitar store to anyone! Fantastic service, plus it smells great! Like wood and strings! I’m one satisfied guitar player :)

Bought a guitar over the internet there to find out the specifications on the website were incorrect. It was an honest mistake.Shipped the guitar back and got a refund but was charged the shipping. A normal way of business, but in this case it was not my mistake and I did not feel right with it.After a call with them and explaining my case, they came forward and refunded me the shipping as well. The right thing to do and they did it. 5 stars for being a considerate and friendly business. Thanks for keeping the faith!

We bought our teenage daughter an electric guitar and used amp here. No hard sales pitch, they steer you in the right direction and then you can sit on their comfy couches and play around on the guitars. I really like this approach. The selection was awesome from beginner to expert.

I have been buying guitars from Robby and Sean for 10 years. I have received nothing other than Superior customer service. They are educated in the products they sell and the history behind them. They always take great care of me. Huge guitar selection. They have done away with a lot of percussion stuff simply I think bc it wasnt selling well. Im still able to order drum supplys and he has my sticks, But Ive also taken some guitars in there and he always does a great job with VERY fair prices on repairs and he has a nice selection of harmonicas which is my favorite part. Listen here. Lots of selection but it doesnt matter because nothing is for sale. Walked in and asked for a pick to try some guitars and the guy gave me a runaround about how customers are not allowed to touch any inventory without supervision. Wanted to know how much money I made, what i did, how long Ive played for. Didnt know it took that much info to borrow a pick. Pick-less, he took me to the lower end guitars and started talking to me about this and that. I told him what i was interested in, and he kept ignoring my pleas to simply PLAY ONE. I tried looking at a tag and he guided my hand away from it. Is this a daycare? I was dressed properly, very forward, had my wallet out. All I wanted was a pick and 10 minutes. I was ready to drop $2k on a Martin. They did not want my business. If you want to attract any new customers you might want to loosen up the grip on your inventory and let someone try something before buying. Its like walking onto a car lot and you have to buy on sight only. That is the absolute last time I walk through those doors. What a crock.Edit : the following Saturday I spent $2,360 on A Martin HD28V at Dietze music. Cash. Stick it, Lidgett.

THIS IS MOST CERTAINLY NOT A BIG BOX STORE!My first experience with Lidgett was back in 2000. I was a young kid with a poor guitar, needed strings, and alot more that I wasnt aware of.I walked in, bought the strings for maybe $6 bucks, Thats all I paid that day, when I left I had learned more about my guitar then I truely wanted to know.The strings where installed, neck set, everything best it could be on a pawn shop guitar.Since then I developed from a kid with no guitar skills, to a grown man that still has basically no guitar skills.Stop in, its a one on one interaction.They enjoy talking about your guitar as much as the ones they are selling...Thanks again guys.You give me no reason to go anywhere else.......
