Terrible. I had this company come out 8 months ago to replace a broken spring. after $238, 3 hours of replacing a spring and adjusting everything else the door has never closed right and eventually bent the top panel in half. When I called to have them look at it I was told they couldnt come until the following week. Come to find out the installer put in the wrong spring in, didnt have the tension set correctly and adjusted the door wrong which caused the damage. Now I am forced to pay $1300 for a new door. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. This company is not worth your time or money.

Less than 5 years ago I purchased an expensive garage door from this company. Last night it quit working and I called them today to arrange service. Before I could even tell them the problem or ask them if they would stand behind the apparent piece of junk they sold me, all they were concerned about was the forty dollar charge for service because I do not live in the Council Bluffs metro. For all they know, they could have installed it the day before and were going to charge me forty bucks to drive ten miles. Obviously, all they care about is money and not standing by their product. I will never use them again and I advise you to use another company. Having paid the amount I did it should last longer than five years and the last thing they should be concerned about is a lousy forty dollar distance charge. What happened to the days of a company taking care of the product they sold you? I am more than happy to pay for repairs but if that is the first thing as a company you care about, forty bucks versus what happened with the expensive product you sold me, you can bet I will never use you again and will let everyone know not to use you as well. I contacted another garage door company who were happy to arrange to be here the next day and didn’t even threaten me with a distance service charge. They may charge me one but at least they were more concerned about finding a solution to my problem versus ripping me off further.
