I was very pleased walking into the building. The people who greeted me were very warm and inviting. They were all very patient with me and my 13month old daughter I brought with me which was just so amazing to me that they were so cool about her. They were super helpful with my lens choices and answered all questions very politely and generously. The doctor was very nice and patient also with my daughter being with me and was very courteous with every interaction. Even with the amount of money I spent there, that doesn’t mean anything compared to how welcome I felt at the location and respected. I’m so happy with my experience and I plan on coming here as long as they are there. I will be telling my friends for sure!

First time Ive ever been to this place. Had a concern with flashes of light at the corner of my eye. Not sure if I just got it right, but they had me back in the office in a matter of minutes.Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The doctor explained the situation in detail and gave me ensuring advice.Very pleased with the visit. Scheduled to return in a month for a follow up. Will see if the time frame of the visit is as quick and informative as this one. Might be my new eye care facility.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Services were prompt. Everyone was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, they reviewed options and explained everything in a way easy to understand. I would definitely recommend them for your eye care needs!

Such an awesome experience. I was very impressed with the new technology that looks at the inside of your eye without dilation and Dr. Taylor was very thorough in his examination and explanation addressing my concerns.

The visit I had was very professional and I was treated with respect. They made sure I understood what they were doing and asked me if I had any questions about what they were doing. I was very pleased and would suggest them to everyone and will bring my family there for their eye needs.

I first started using Ideal Eyecare because I moved close by but I continue to use them because they are great at what they do. Dr. Taylor is who I have as a doctor there. He explains every step and what the results mean. The staff is very professional and courteous. The only downside is they dont have a huge selection of frames.

Dr. Taylor was knowledgeable and thorough. He helped educate me on updated contact options that were best for me. He did a wonderful job and I will be returning again.

First time there.Very nice and friendly, very clean environment. The staff each one of them took time and spoke about the exam and eyewear and what to expect. Very good eye care facility.

MD was great. Exam very expensive. Not a great selection of frames.Wanted some classic aviator prescription sun glasses that never seem to go out of style. No go. Regular glasses I got,,,,so far disaster. Very expensive and paid a premium to have vision correction go all the way, (almost all the way) out to the outter portion of the lenses instead of a strip down the middle from top to bottom with a bifocal. Hard to explain, anyway paid an extra 140.00 for, but didnt get that feature. Need to take another day off to get lenses corrected,,,no weekend hours. Well see how they do correcting the problem.

Doctor, Taylor is a caring physician. Expanding everything to you. Staff, friendly and, caring. Would highly recommend Ideal Eyecare, to my family and friends.

Dr. Taylor is one who is defined a difference maker. Without has detailed exams and encouragement I may never have elected to have my cataracts done. I feel like I have been a new gift if sight thanks to him.

Havent had an eye exam in well over 10 years and was anxious about going as its been so long. Looked around for places under my plan and fell upon Ideal Eyecare. Their rating alone drew me in. I can attest that theyre for sure a great facility. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted me with costs / out of pocket etc. I didnt think i needed glasses but they showed me that just a slight prescription can help me see clearer. Will for sure come back !

I needed an eye exam. This office was very nice, helped me find the right frames and gave me a very thorough exam. I have an eye condition and they were concerned about that so concentrated on that during the vision exam.They explained my benefits only took 50% of the payment stating you can finish paying when the glasses come in. Very nice staff and doctor.

Ideal Eye are has wonderful staff and all the doctors are very good and enjoyable to see. I saw Dr. Dara Latner this week. She was very willing to answer questions I had and was very educated in the latest treatments and information that is available about my questions. I really appreciate that.

Came in at my appointment time, as soon as I walk in the door, no hesitation for someone to greet you, rather than stand and wait for 15 minutes. I filled out my paperwork and in less than 10 minutes they were calling me back to start the process. Everything was explained thoroughly before it was done. They are very good at talking to you about cost before you go in over your head! The Doctor was amazing, very attentive and answered any question I had come to mind (even if it meant i interrupted him so i wouldnt forget my ?). He told me that my discomfort could be due to the last place i went to overcorrecting me. My vision is now perfect, and have not had a headache since I have been there. Picking out glasses all of the girls working up front were wonderful helping me decide which pair!. Thank you so much everyone at Ideal. I feel great now! Would recommend these guys over anyone!!!!!

Great Experience. Went in not knowing anything about Dr. Taylor and his staff, left feeling great about the care received. Great conversations, easy processes checking in, everything was thoroughly explained and very comfortable atmosphere. Didnt need glasses or contacts so not sure how that process went!

Very friendly and helpful willing to answer questions when you have them. Really like this place. They are willing to make you next years appointment when you finish the appointment. It makes it so much more easy not to forget with the text and email reminders, it even puts your appointment on your calendar.

Great Doctors. Never have I experienced such an attentive experience. Very patient with my prescription and trials. I was seen every time to make sure my fittings for my contacts were right. I have a very tricky astigmatism and my needs were addressed thoroughly. Both Drs seem to truly care for their patients. Definitely reccomend to family and friends. Sandra is a huge sweetheart and the entire staff are very friendly.Update: I came back for my yearly exam and I am very happy to say they did not disappoint. Having recently moved, I despise having to find new specialists. My 5 month old and I saw Dr. Taylor; he was great and very knowledgeable. The office staff was amazing. They really take time to help you find the right glasses for you. They had all my insurance information ready to go, so I knew what was covered. This helped make the process quick and easy. They are great with children. I would highly recommend them!!

I am so appreciative of Dr Taylor and his staff. When I went to two previous optometry places they were unable to, after multiple tries, to get my lens correct. When I went to Dr Taylor, he asked for a previous pair of glasses (after I had shared the previous issues with him) that had a different kind of lens in them, that worked for my eyes. He looked at the name brand and ordered special the lens that had worked. A SPECIAL THANKS TO THEM for putting forth the extra time and effort!!!

I have a very complicated prescription and he was able to get me seeing 20/20 and into great fitting contacts in half the time of most eye doctors Ive been to. Dr and the lady’s up front were so nice and patient with my 2 year old. He can be a handful but we were able to finally get his eyes tested and pick some glasses out for him. Dr was very patient with him. I recommend him all the time!
