This place is fantastic. Roger is very knowledgeable and does good work. A quick turn around time for my repair (broken DVD/CD drive and cleaning hard drives of malware, even my thumb drives). I had the worst experience at this repair shop. If you are a woman do not come to this place, they will not help you. I made an appointment for 10am and ended up having to wait until 12pm for someone to even show up to the location. I then waited two and a half more hours just for the man helping us to keep accepting walk-ins from off the street instead of assisting us. He then tried to charge me for the laptop, after he explained it isnt fixable. The worst customer experience I have ever had, very disappointed.

Great service. Stayed with my computer until it was repaired and I am very with the service. I am from woodbine, Iowa. It was well worth the trip to Heartland Computer. My computer was not running at all. It was taking more than 10 minutes to boot to window desktop, now it is lighting fast. Now my laptop is booting to window desktop in less than 30 second.

The owner was really hard to get ahold of; the kid sitting behind the desk didnt know his bakasana from a hole in the ground. When I called from my car, in the back parking lot, and asked for a price on the towers that were sitting on the floor, this kid tells me he doesnt know, that the boss wont let him have access to that information!! I went to Omaha and found what I needed somewhere else. The owner did finally text me and ask if he could call me later? I replied, No need. I found what I needed elsewhere. Raj (Roger) is the BEST. I am a truck driver from NC and I had a problem with a laptop that my mother gave me a couple of months ago that she bought in 2007 and never used.
