Made a purchase two years ago of a Brand New Tracker V175. This boat has been nothing but a problem from the very beginning. Constant electrical issues leading to dead batteries, which has finally been resolved after many visits. Very uneven tire ware, which was checked out and inspected. All bearings and everything given a clean bill of health. Shortly after, had major bearing failure which is now requiring a complete axle replacement. Bass Pro/Tracker Marine will do absolutely nothing about it. Customer service was quite short and not helpful at all. Basically said too bad so sad. Sad reality of it is, when you spend $40,000 on a product, you expect it to work. I spent $40,000 and have had it in and out of the shop more than I have had it on the water.I would urge anyone looking to make a watercraft purchase to definitely go elsewhere!!!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!! Buying a boat from this company has been the worst purchase I have ever made!

Holy smokes.....tried calling at 9:40 in the morning and no one picked up and said anything. The only thing that they did was pick up to put me back on the calling string...after 5 minutes of ringing I finally hung up.

I would not buy a new boat from bass pro!!$ 34000 buys you a broken brand new boat.They have had it for months and still have not fixed it. Missed several fishing trips. Buyer beware!!!

The staff was pleasant. I gave a low review because I had Tracker Boat Center repower my pontoon boat with a new 2016 Mercury 115 HP outboard. It took nearly 3 weeks for them to complete the job, and when I finally took the boat out, the engine failed after 60 minutes of operation. Their followup service was very unsatisfactory. I waited days to find out what was wrong. I would visit a real marina with more knowledgeable technicians if I could do it all over again.
