I stopped in quickly on a Thursday afternoon and visited with Zack in Omaha. They did not have the bed that I was interested in but he showed me a couple of other options. My husband was not with me at the time so I was unable to make a purchase that day. however we were able to research the beds a couple of days later and I contacted Zack on the phone and he was more than helpful. The Stearns and Foster that we are interested in will be available in less than two weeks which was amazing giving the lag in availability and production time of mattresses. Zack was able to invoice me through email as we live in a different town about 150 miles away and I was able to take care of that transaction immediately and set up a delivery time for late July. Although we don’t really have a bed yet and haven’t been able to try it I’m sure it will be amazing. Thanks so much.

Came to the store in Council Bluffs on a spur of the moment Saturday late afternoon. Was greeted warmly and received outstanding customer service. I’m remiss in getting the woman’s name but she was five star. Informed me the store doesn’t stock comforters but she would be happy to have it drop shipped. We made a little small talk as she processed my order and I was back on my way in less than 10 minutes feeling confident the order was placed, paid for and will be shipped in a reasonable time. Highly recommend!

Was very disappointed. Since my matress was discontinued they could not give me a straight across swap for my warranty claim. To get a bed comparable or better I was forced to pay more money. It was not my fault the product failed or that it had been discontinued. I feel like I shouldnt have had to pay anything. Especially since we are talking about $1,000 mattresses. Also spent 3 hours of my afternoon driving to town which is 25 mins away to the store then having to go to the warehouse to trade out the old for new. I will no longer be doing my business with them.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Purchased a bed from them waited 3 months for the bed to come in the bed was put on a layaway program. paid the bed off when they had told me the bed had come in. and when I asked for delivery they stated they did not have the bed in stock and it would be another two months before they could get the bed that we have purchased. They had told me that they sold the bed to someone else who paid in full. When I asked for my money back I still have not received it and theyve told me it would be 7 to 12 business days. and no one in the corporate office answers the phone for customer complaints. When I get online to chat a complaint they tell me its not within normal business hours and it was 12:00 p.m Central Time during the week. It is impossible to voice my concerns about the customer service I received.

Was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Sarah was extremely helpful and friendly. She showed me exactly what I asked for and didnt try to sell me something else. The mattress and spring I purchased were both on sale and shipping was free!! I also go a $50 off coupon when I signed up for emails online. Great place to get a deal on a bed!!

We’ve been shopping for a mattress for several months now after our Tempur-Pedic with the 25 year warranty that we purchased 9 years ago started failing us and Tempur-Pedic chose to not stand behind their warranty. We reviewed several mattresses online before walking into the Mattress Firm Store. We were greeted with a warm welcome, no pressure selling, and reinforced facts on the brands they carried including the Purple brand. We left with the necessary information and looked at several more brands at other stores before ultimately returning two weeks later to purchase the Purple 3 Hybrid Premier. A different salesperson, but the same no hassle fact based sales and extremely easy purchasing process. Highly recommend.

We showed up an hour before closing and salesperson Ron was fantastic at meeting our needs. Extremely nice and knowledgeable about the products located within. He even helped me, my wife and baby get the mattress in the truck even though it was cold outside. We will probably be looking for another mattress soon and Ron and Mattress Firm will be where we go.

I purchased a medium memory foam mattress at this location and received a firm mattress instead. The sales slip designated the fact. When I approached a salesman about the issue his comment said there wasnt any difference between the two! What?!! The showroom mattress was much softer and had a completely different feel than the one I received. I finally got sick of waking up sore and said I wanted to return the mattress for FULL refund... but the salesman said there is a 10% charge. So I take it in the shorts for over $300!I finally went to the local furniture store and purchased a mattress that is perfect for me and a VERY good price, free delivery, delivered in one week (not 3 weeks), better warranty, and a return fee of $80!I have learned my lesson and I hope you read this before you purchase. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!PS...refunds and complaints are handled in store..online customer service stinks too.

Guy working was quite nice and they had the mattresses we needed for a new bunk bed. Not inexpensive, but less hassle and add on pressure than most furniture stores.

Bought a mattress and box spring here last year. The sales person threw in a free adjustable frame to seal the deal (we were jerks and went just before closing on a Sunday, but we went in just to look so dont judge to much). It has been great for us. We just got a new bed frame so we are returning our tall box spring for a lower one. No charge since its within a year and we are doing in-store drop off/pick up.
