My first time visiting a JCP Hair Salon. My first hair cut since the start of the pandemic. My first haircut which would take off a substantial amount (at least 6 inches). Needless to say, I was a little nervous. However, right out of the gate, Gabriela made me feel right at ease. I showed her pictures of what I would like for my hair, and she simply ran with it. She made me feel very comfortable, and the end result was absolutely what I expected. Gabriela was professional, cordial, courteous, and I felt at total ease with the entire process. I will certainly be visiting this salon and Gabriela again.

This salon lacks skill. Strongly Do not recommend

Nice and clean, however not a whole lot for plus sizes in there. So had to go elsewhere for a formal dress

Janet is the best at providing a great experience and artful cut and/or color. Janet makes a difference when she grabs her tools.

I was shopping JC Penney, not the salon. I had selected many clothing items and could only set them on my walker seat. I went over where you collect store pick-up orders.The reps were very gracious by allowing me to lay out everything on their large counter to fine-tune my choices. Once Id done that, she checked me out. I ended up with two very large bags. The gal was unexpectedly helpful in that she carried both bags to my car. She not only put my bags in the car, but also offered to stow my walker in the trunk, and because I was about ready to collapse courtesy of overwhelming fatigue, I said sure. It needs to be set in the trunk precisely . She is a terrific listener and got it in there first try.

I didnt have an appointment, but Penny was able to take care of me immediately.My first experience with her and Im a very happy camper! 😁

I always have a great experience here. Today I wanted something different and Sam made it happen.

This is the best place to get your hair done they do a wonderful job.

I made an appointment and stood there for at least 10 minutes into my appointment time and only had someone say shell be with you in a minute one time
