I’ve just recently started going to the Sally’s in Council Bluffs. And the two times I’ve walked in and I have pleasant experiences this time. On May 7 around 10 AM maybe 1015 I walked into the store looking for a door hair color. Which I did not know Sally’s didn’t carry the lady who open the store was in there and asked me what I was looking for I told her adore hair color. She was like I don’t think we carry that I replied no I don’t see it and start looking at other brand. She then turns and acts with a very nice yeah to what what is that what is that what is that. I said it’s hair dye. Went back to looking at the selection of hair dye that is in front of me. This lady that had brownish blonde hair glasses older then starts rambling off the brand of hair color that they had with a very nasty attitude. I then decided to not purchase anything from Sally’s and leave.I’ve never had this problem with her before but they were always other people in the store with her. I am an African-American woman who chose not to drive over to Omaha when she lives in Council Bluffs. This makes me never want to shop at Sally’s again. Because she was extremely disrespectful.

They always have what I need and its a handy location to stop in and pick up much needed supplies!

I like Sallys, I have never been steered wrong by anyone there!

The selection is good and excellent customer service.

Great place for hair items, especially better than box dye

I was in the store to buy hair spray, was greeted at the door by the same woman that eventually rang up my purchase. There were 2 people that were together in front of me, but they were still obviously shopping but she had started to ring them up. They told her to go ahead & do mine 1st as they werent quite ready but since she had already started them she said no. She was very rude to all of us. The 2 others had to take stuff off their order as they didnt have enough funds on a card to pay for all of it. They apologized to me for having to wait while she finished their transaction. The clerk was completely rude to me also once I got to pay for my 2 items. No apology, no thank you, just shoved my bag under the plexiglass! Not a pleasant experience at all.

The lady that was working was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience to help me. Then they want to charge you to get a bag to put your stuff in. Have never had service like that there before.

The manager is incredibly old and rude, she talks to ppl like they dont know anything. very judge mental everytime I go Im a cosmetologist by the way they watch me like Im going to steal or something. Im DONE spending my money there.

Today I picked up at least 9 items to do my own acrylics, which turned out great . The lady that helped me seemed swamped with orders for curbside pickup but was still very kind to me and I appreciate the help. I wish I got her name I think it starts with an M . Anyways, amazing customer service :)

Horrible service called ahead of time to finish my curbside order Im watching them try to hide until closing. Wasnt even closed yet still had 10 minutes left still cant do her job

Went to turn in an app, lady was rude and talked to me like I was stupid. Then, went back in a week or two later to get hair dye, and another eomployee, younger, was rude, giving me “the eye” the whole time I was there, just like the older lady from before. I spent a pretty good $ chunk on hair bleach and dye and some other bottle I didn’t need, which she just added to the bag at the register. Very bad customer service, judge mental and rude, and high pricing for those manners.

The woman was really rude when i talked to her on the phone she gave me an attitude and when i said “okay thank you.” She continued to give me an attitude i prefer the one in council bluffs it has better service

Awful costumer service. The two girls said hi to us when we walked in, never asked if we were looking for anything particular, when they could clearly tell we needed help, they sat behind the counter and talked the entire time. Would not recommend.

Awful customer service, went in here a while ago and the 60 year old woman with basically no hair (i think it was a deep purpleish red color) was hella rude.Shell make you feel bad about wanting to dye your hair basically any color. I wanted to go blonde. Gave me a dirty look and asked me why. Told her okay fine, if u dont recommend then Ill dye it black and get emerald tips. Didnt like that either.Looked at me like I threatened her when I told her what shampoo I use. Like lady u dont even have hair but okay. Will never go back there. The women there act like uppity c u next Tuesdays while working a dead end retail job. Get them a reality check

Terrible customer service, the employee in the front of the store was very rude and disrespectful. Talking down to customers and not honoring advertised specials made this one of the worst experiences. If you cannot provide a simple opinion without getting a childish attitude maybe you shouldnt be working in any customer service. I was fine with being charged extra, it couldve been an honest mistake, but no one should be talked to in such a disrespectful manner.

Im a 14 year stylist and listening to these employees talk about wrong instructions for hair makes my hair stand on end but as far as products, I actually am pretty fond of In as a previous Matrix only believer
