They put a nice hole in the underbody of the car and it goes all the way through into the passenger floor and didnt feel the need to say anything about it. Also they did nothing that was requested of them just what they felt like doing.

Ordered tires . Walmart.com said they would fit 3 other websites said they would fit. Thought I was good. Said 3 days shipping was 5 days shipping. Rescheduled appointment for 4pm show up one car in the shop at 4pm 4:45 pm they finally pull my truck in. 5pm hits when they said my truck would be done and Im informed that my tires wont fit because they dont match whats on the truck. I inform them these tire were bought used and were not factory. He then says my door jam matches the tires on it.... my doors were replaced no sticker on the doors. I insured him I checked the size. He then brings up load index te. I tell I checked that too. He then says they will only install them if they say LT which is only a requirement for 3/4 ton trucks not 1/2 ton. They load index matches factory specs..... confirmed with my uncle out of town who owns a tire shop. Thank you for wasting my time, what was the point of a dam appointment......

Put my new tires on in a timely manner while I was able to do a bit of shopping.

I called the tire center for stock information, (for the record). For all intents and purposes the call went mostly smooth, the biggest issue was that it defaulted to the main switchboard after calling the tire center specifically.Overall, good experience.

Toke car in to replace 2 tires, waited till closing to pickup car and nothing was done, due to swelled lug nuts. Really, toke car in at 430 closes at 7. My quess, didnt want to do work. New car.

Price we were quoted for a routine tire replacement was 58$ we wound up paying way more. Not pleased but had to be done

They stripped the plug for the oil pan and tried to blame on some one else was fine going in no oil leak but had to come home change oil pan because they messed it up

For the love of God hire some more techs. I have literally tried having my oil changed here about the last 7 times. Still have yet to be told of a wait time under 3 hours. Im sorry but isnt it supposed to be an EXPRESS service? The last 2 or 3 times I was told over 3 hr wait there were no cars in the lot and 2 cars in the bays. How is that possible? Do the people working there just NOT want any sort of business so their go to response is always 3 hrs so they do not have to do anything? I understand people want to get paid for doing nothing but come on.... Corporate needs to visit this place with some secret shoppers and clean house. Its OK I drove clear out to 120th and L in Omaha to their auto center for better service. Wont ever be back to this Walmart. Not even just to shop. Deserves 0 stars dont waste your time at this place.

Friendly and helpful staff. They got my vehicle in and tire fixed in a timely manner at a good price. Being 3 hours away from home I was very grateful for their efficiency.

We were there at noon when they reopened from lunch and got signed in. They told me it would be an hour and a half to get it done. It was 2:00 pm and it still was not done. I will take my vehicle elsewhere. The sad thing of all this is the poor customer service and techs standing around doing nothing.

October 5th of this year I had my oil changed at Lake Manawa Walmart location for $52. A week ago my girlfriend and I learned that she needed a new motor in her vehicle so when we noticed the large amount of oil in driveway it couldnt be coming from my 2017 Nissan Titan! WRONG! The girlfriend and I return home 10.22.19 and I decide let me check underneath my truck and see. MAJOR OIL LEAK COMING FROM UNDER MY TRUCK. I contact Walmart immediately and they get my truck right in. I find out that the technician that did the oil change did not tighten the oil filter on all of the way. MY WORSE NIGHTMARE. So they properly place the oil filter on and give my truck a half quart of oil and just send me on my way with a sorry. How bout my next oil change be free? Nope. Didnt offer me squat.

Inexpensive, sure. Worth the savings? Nope. This place is the waiting room for hell. Nobody cares about customer service. Watched a lady wait at the auto counter for 20 minutes. Two shop guys came in, independent of each other, both rude and dismissive. Wow. Amazon, start doing oil changes please!

I had a wonderful experience at the TLE this time. I had my oil changed and spotted that they changed headlights. It turns out my light was good it just got disconnected. They took care of that for me and saved me $20 and a headache. Thank you TLE crew so much for your wonderful customer service.

Super friendly staff and pretty quick depending on their work load. They are good about estimating how long it will take as well. Very affordable.

For the love of God please go somewhere else and spend a little more money. Unbelievably slow service. There was one customer finishing ahead of me at 7:30am when I got here. Almost two hours later and I’m still not finished. I was told the wait time would be an hour. Spend more money and save your time and frustration. Tech was being distracted by a chatty coworker who came in to have service done on her own vehicle.

Very happy with my visit. I came to have tires installed. I was told it would be a couple hours but it was done far sooner than I expected. The employee whom checked me in was nice and knowledgeable, the installer I talked to was polite and the cashier that rang me out was quick, efficient and quite nice.

We took out car there prior to going on vacation to have a tire looked at due to a low tire alarm. They were busy and tried to not get us to have our tire looked at by letting us know it would be several hours. We told them it would be ok and we would leave the car.Several hours later we returned and they let us know there was nothing wrong with the tire. We took the car on vacation driving several hundred miles. We kept getting the low tire alarm even days after they told us there was nothing wrong. Upon our return to town we took the car to more reputable place and a nail was found.I do not feel they even looked at our car and if they did it was poorly done. Them not doing their job put my family at risk on the road. I would not recommend WalMart auto service for anyone and will not be returning.

They decided not to check oil after they added what they thought was the right amount of oil and it was a gallon short. They put on new windshield wipers and one flew off the next day. They said all my lights worked and I knew I had a brake light out. I went in because I had a flat and they told me my wheel was bent because I hit a pothole. They hadnt bothered pulling it off, only took a picture of it with his cell phone. What had actually happened is the wheel had snapped almost completely in half. The female assistant manager is very incompetent and how she is still on that job I have no idea this is the second time she has shown incompetence to me. There is supposedly a new manager that is overseeing them I am going to wait and see if things improve before I would take my car there ever again

If you buy tires from them do not pay for road hazard and less you read all that fine print on the back you will never get reimbursed

Terribly lazy. I was the second customer and they turned away the first guy claiming if he didn’t know his exact tire size they couldn’t help him. And then when it came to me they didn’t want to change my oil and they gave ME the excuse of saying they didn’t know how to take the oil cap off and I have a very generic car.

So had to wait 5 hrs for one tire, double priced, my spare tire was put on my food and not where it goes under floor mat, smh, the giy before me they lied to him and put wrong oil in and tried to say they put the right pil in but we both watched them, smh, then i asked before all this to see if my flat was covered by warrenty but they didnt and made me wait to tell me they cant cover it. Honestly this is not worth the money i waited from 830 am til 1230 pm and they said a 2.5 hrs wait time ...... thats a 4 hr wait btw, 4 hrs

Got oil change & tires rotated. Oil change is good, so far....checked with the clerk about the TPMS being reset. He assured me if it was listed on my receipt as checked, then it was done. FALSE! Drove a mile down the road to see if my sensor would go away. It did not, so i personally checked the tire pressure myself. It was 10PSI lower than it is to have. Drove back, they adjusted the tire pressure in all tires BUT DID NOT reset the TPMS on the new tire locations. Should not have to do this myself, as it was a service that was included! WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Six hours, it took six hour and multiple mechanics to change four tires. After screw up and not listening, three hours later we finally got everything needed in order, or so we thought. We got told by more than one Walmart our tire size, come to find out they cant put those on our car because the inside panel says a different recommended size (this after looking up our size and having two walmarts confirm them). This added another couple of hours and once again sent us to the back of the line. This was one of the worst outings Ive ever had and would recommend totaling your car into a large steel beam before trusting these people, it would most likely fix more things and give you less of a headache.

Everyone is nice and helpful, but the service is very, very slow.

I was in early morning to get new tires. I was the first one into the auto center when they opened, and it still took nearly 3 hours to get 4 new tires. While I waited, I had to listen to the employee drama that was going on behind the counter.. Very unprofessional. 3 employees were in the work area, and only 1 was working on the only vehicle in the bay. I could have been out of there in half the time if anyone wanted to work.

Always a long wait here, but to be expected. Cant go wrong with the price though!

Work was done perfectly, but be prepared to wait several hours or drop your car off.

They change my oil did a great job

I came in for a tire repair. It was unfortunate already when it took me 10 min to find an associate to start the repair. It got worse when it took another 15 for the actual repair. Then when my car was taken out of the bay, and I wanted to pay for the repair. I was unable to find anyone who knew what happened to my car or where my key was. A tire repair should never go over the hour and a half Mark in my day. I guess it gave me time to get my oil and filter, but I spent more time on this then I wanted to.

Dont go there to have anything done if you are on a time frame because you wont make it

Did my oil change fine like I wanted I wanted my tires rotated I got talked out of that cause they where in a hurry when they couldnt patch my tire cause its too close too the side wall they just where in a hurry 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Went for oil change and tires. My tire pressure read 34 lbs of pressure on their check sheet. My sensors read them as 32,31,32, and 36

OIL CHANGE TOOOO EXPENSIVE.... GET IT DONE AT WAL-MART IN INDIANA

I will never come to this store again for any kind of automotive service or repair. I made an appointment so that I would be insured to get my for tires installed within an hour and it took three hours for them to get them put on. I had to go purchase a sledgehammer to get the back tires off of my truck because they told me they didnt have the proper tools. Highly incompetent

They were very rude and down right mean. Then I decided to go to another store and they wouldnt give me back my car keys. I had to get someone from inside the store to get them for me. They dont deserve a half of a star . VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!.
