I came here for a few little things and wasnt sure I would find them. I didnt even have to ask for help! Courtney came and asked if I needed anything then, proceeded to exceed any expectations I had for a small trip to the beauty store. She showed me plenty of options and was kind and courteous during the entirety of my visit. She even gave me some really helpful tips and cracked some fun jokes! I will definitely be back here to see her and recommend this Sallys to everyone I know! Wow Carrie was absolutely amazing, we were having trouble looking for hair dye and she literally saved the day, we would’ve been in this store all day if it weren’t for her... thank you so much we will def be back -@issaseries

Sallys is my go to for hair color. There isnt quite as much help or inventory available as there was pre-covid but it is understandable.

I’ve always ventured to Sally’s whenever I decided it was time for a change- having someone basic knowledge of instruction from school- I would feel confident but sketchy. I was always afraid I would cause my hair to fall out by listening to the Sally’s Employees(youtube👌🏻) - I’ve trusted none, but 1! Lyda, the branch manager for the Cottonwood Verde Valley location(which by the way, is now a national shipment stores) she is amazing. Her love for the industry and her background as a professional hairdresser, it has really changed the meaning of DIY hair...I mean she loves what she does and she is so knowledgeable- she knows hair guys!! I don’t even have to say a word, without her recognizing what will work best. Time and time again, I am greeted with warmth, kindness and a genuinely beautiful person inside and out who literally just has a passion and desire help others, and just use her knowledge and passion as a driving force- and I’m sure her success shows in areas of her life rather then the store. For me, small town influences say a lot. I promise you, This Sally’s has come leaps and bounds from what I knew it in the past. Thanks for making Cottonwood Hair Great Lyda! I visited Sallys this morning after a suggestion by my hairdresser that it would be the best place to purchase supplies for my new hairstyle. Sarah waited on my husband and I and was extremely helpful, making wonderful suggestions. Great prices, and I was told that if the hot rollers, curling iron, etc didnt work for my hair, I could return them for a refund. Couldnt ask for more! Thank you, Sarah.

Sarah is by far the most knowledgeable and sweet employee there. She knows what to recommend to her customers to accommodate their individual needs. I always enjoy shopping at Sally’s.

I was so excited to know there was a Sallys near me. They always have the greatest beauty products. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Visited this store for the first time today. Was greeted at the door by an associate named Kylee. She was so helpful stayed with us giving tips on product. Thank you for going above and beyond to care for your customers it is greatly appreciated.

I had just moved to Cottonwood not to Long ago and popped into Sally’s Beauty this last week for a couple things, and this is a mistake I will not make again!!;The “Manager” a large girl covered in tattoos decided she would “help me” when I was in for a few min and she finally noticed. This “employee” was very rude and even seemed annoyed I was in her store and needed her to do anything involving work, and to make matters worse, she appeared to be so high she couldn’t keep her eyes open or her attention on the task at hand as she slurred her words and near fell over numerous times..Very sorry to see such people wearing a “Manager” name tag and will never be in another Sally’s Beauty as long as they have druggies “helping” customers!! Worst experience I’ve have since moving to this nice place

Always liked Sally Beauty, but now they have changed their policy from using a Sally card to get rewards, now you dont get any discounts unless you spend. Disappointing if you cant afford to spend a lot.

The employees at the store are not knowledgeable about hair care. The prices in the store tend to be up to double what they are on the Sally website and sometimes triple what they would be from the manufacturer.
