I have seen both Dr. Better and Dr. Rogers and this is the best eye clinic Ive been to. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The doctors are professional and kind. And Dr. Rogers has been exceptional in diagnosing and treating my dry eye disease! I will never go anywhere else for eye care. I highly recommend this clinic!

Incredibly helpful! Made sure the glasses I picked were in my price range and fit my face correctly. They also made sure I knew the importance of lenses made to block out blue light as I work on the computer all day! I would highly recommend their kind and personalized experience!!

I’ve been coming here since this place first opened up. The staff has changed over the years, but has always remained excellent. Courteous, helpful, professional. I have been Dr. Bieter’s patient since he worked at Allina medical Cottage Grove. He’s an excellent eye doctor who cares about his patients well being.

I was in for an annual eye exam, service was great and quick, the gals made the visit relaxing and welcoming. Janelle had helped with checking my eyes and Kayla was great with helping me make a decision on a new pair of glasses. It takes me a long to to decide what I really like and she was extremely patient and helped me work through to decide what I have come to like. I cant wait to get them.

I’m very impressed by her knowledge and willingness to spend extra time with me. I also love that there is an option to opt for a different scan that doesn’t involve dilating my eyes. The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to recommend that staff members not give multiple requests for paperwork and signatures all at the same time. Dr. Bieter and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have continued to safely see patients when other eye clinics have closed their doors due to Covid. As well, when I called just as they were closing a couple of days ago with an eye emergency for my son, they had us come in and stayed late to treat him. It turns out he had a wood splinter under his eyelid! They were so caring and accommodating. We highly recommend them!

Typically, Im not one to leave reviews, good or bad however, these folks are impressive! From their technology to there outstanding service and knowledge! I was able to get an appointment just hours after i called, which was exactly what i needed! The contacts the doctor suggested and gave me a FREE weeks supply for are great! Its not only amazing to be able to see again but i left there knowing more about my eyes and their development! It was awesome to be able to see my eye in pictures almost like an xray when you break a bone. Great experience! So happy i called these folks!

I was referred by my neighbor Mike Elwell who works at Bieter Eye Center and I’m glad I went! I wanted to finally cave and get contacts and they set me up and were very patient making sure that I had the proper daily contacts. It took a few tries to get me the perfect contacts. I will definitely be using Bieter for my family and refer any of my friends to go.

Had to go to another eye clinic because of insurance but had to return to Bieter Eye because the other place could not get anything right. We met with Kayla and she was so professional and took the time to make sure we were happy with what we were purchasing and she knew a lot about the proper fit and what would make us happy. Found out that they now take the insurance we have so we will never leave again. If our insurance changes we will become a cash customer.

I am very happy with the service and the glasses that I just went to pick up. It took only a week to get them in. I was in a hurry when I went to get them and in 5 minutes I had the glasses fitted and got to go on my way. I highly recommend Bieter Eye Care Center!

Eye tests were great. More up to date than other eye doctors. Dr Bieter takes the time to explain all test results. Staff treats you like a friend. Not like being in a assembly line waiting. Wont go anywhere else.

Great experience with the Doctors, very professional . I am a bit disappointed with the process to try out contacts. I paid $150 to try them out but was told if they didn’t work out they would put that credit toward my glasses . They were unable to find contacts to work due to the shape of my cornea but then would not put the $150 toward my glasses. Very disappointed and a waste of time and money. Will go there for my exams but not the retail end of it !Update : Thank you Dr Rogers for the call . I will be going back in next week to keep trying to find the perfect contacts.

Great customer service and selection!

I had a great eye exam with Dr. Bieter and felt like I was being cared for by a trusted professional. From my first greeting by the front desk to the end of the appointment, I was comfortable and felt at ease. Then fast forward to a follow-up phone call I received from a gentleman regarding a contact lens prescription. From the moment I answered, he was rude, pushy, and arrogant. Working in healthcare myself, Im aware that poorly handling miscommunication is the easiest way to lose a patient, no matter what level of clinical service you provide. A pushy salesman vibe was not what I preferred to deal with while trying to confirm a prescription after having such a positive clinical experience and recommending this clinic to others.

Great people, great service and quality products. Dr. Bieter and his staff are excellent.

A little expensive. Friendly people, good customer service, but in my opinion the Dr. should be doing the test and not his front desk lady.

If you are not going to Bieter Eye Center for all of your optometry needs, you are not seeing the BEST optometrist in the state. Glasses, soft lenses, and RGP lenses. Specifically, if you have RGP lenses, you want to see Dr. Bieter. He specializes in BEING AMAZING. I was having trouble with my RGPs, and after testing different lenses we discovered my eyes are sensitive to the usual RGP material. Im essentially allergic, and it was causing some serious discomfort. I can definitely tell you that Dr. Bieter does not settle. He worked with me for months to get the most comfortable gas perms Ive ever been in. He found me a new material, a new cut, and they are fantastic. If you wear gas perms, you know how just important the material and, even more, the perfect cut are.But the awesomeness doesnt stop with the doctors. The receptionists are Bieter Eye Center are seriously some of the best Ive ever met. They are so caring, kind, and just plain personable! And not only that, but they work with you to get you into the office as soon as you need.Plus, they have opticians on site! You wont have to go to another location to get glasses. And they work so well with you, too! They will help you with all of your glasses needs and help you get something awesome and within your budget.Everyone in this office is amazing. Simple as that.
