I had the best and most unexpected experience in your Cottage Grove store yesterday morning (8/7/20). I was having issues with my trailer lights and your AutoZone team member Simone (I believe was her name), was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She quickly directed me to where to find what I was looking for and intuitively knew what light bulb I should be looking for, (she called out the actual bulb type by number). I know thats her job but the way she helped me get it fixed so quickly and easily was so pleasant it was very unexpected compared to my typical auto store experience. Thank you so much Simone! You seriously made my day. I was dreading this trailer light issue and was already running late. With your assistance I got back on the road and back on time! And kudos to AutoZone for hiring good people like her. The next time I need auto supplies Ill be stopping at AutoZone first.

Simone is absolutely great! Ive only been in a couple of times and she remembered me and helped me out right away and really knows what she needs to know about all mechanical skills. She is very attentive to detail and remembers people. Im like that also so I appreciate those skills.

Naomi went out of her way about 2 1/2 weeks ago when I purchased my two backup batteries from her for my RV. She took the time to test my old ones and ordered the new ones to be installed the next day. After that mess was taken care of we ended up back with her because the main battery exploded and there was acid all over the place. She promptly took care of the situation and helped a coworker to learn how to take care of it properly and install a new battery. This young lady desiverse a that-a-boy award for a job well done.....I tell everyone I know about my experience with her and what a GREAT job she did for me.......THANK YOU SO MUCH NAOMI!!!!!

Wasnt open at 7:30. Waited around 20 minutes and no one showed up. Door has hours listed as 7:30. No where else did it say any different. Went down the street to OReillys and they were open and friendly and gave me the part for the same price.

Had a rear blinker out on my Jeep. I had no idea how to replace it. A very friendly and helpful employee named Deacon came outside and worked with us. Getting into the light was a process but he didn’t give up and got the new bulb installed for us! We will definitely go to the Cottage Grove AutoZone again for our car needs.

Everytime I come here (two times for major parts) they never have the part and typically cannot get in a competitive time frame. Go a cross the street and they get multiple deliveries per day.

Helpful. It is a typical auto parts store. A bit dirty and smelly, with people who have forgotten more about cars than I will ever know. I will only give 4 stars just because I didnt really tax them in any diagnosis or task. But they were very helpful with the small problem I had.

Staff at the Cottage Grove store have been great. Gave 4 stars due to the fact they were out of what I needed. Staff member offered to have it shipped to my house. I needed the part today, had to drive to another location.

I called and spoke with a younger lady on the phone about possibly recycling a motorcycle battery. She hesitated, but said she could take it, and also DID mention I would receive a $10 in-store credit for my motorcycle battery. Clearly this is your policy for automobile batteries. But, however, I was promised this over the phone not even 45 mins ago for my motorcycle battery. So I show up with my battery and the old mam that works there would not give me what I was promised. I still gave them my core.$10 is not a lot to me. I was promised what she said and did not receive it, plus was given attitude by the old man. I work in the sales industry, this is a good way to lose a great customer and your reputation.
