Professionalism and phone etiquette are so important. I recommend that you train your employees to properly answer phones and address callers appropriately especially the lady with a heavy accent who answered my call. When asked if you were samsonite because I needed to take care of a repair for my luggage. A simple no we are not the manufacture store but an authorized dealer and don’t handle warranty repairs would of saved time. Instead I got cut off and lectured about how I contacted your company and was wasting her time. This woman was extremely rude it was unbelievable. Apparently I’m not the only person who feels this way. Although I’m not your customer nor will I ever be now how you talk to people is very important if you want to earn future business.
