I have used them twice so far… different occasions. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I was in a huge predicament and they got my order ready in half the time. The arrangements were both perfect. I will absolutely use them again and again!

In a world and country that is becoming less and less customer service oriented, this location of Edible Arrangements, “hit it out of the ballpark”, exceeded my expectations, wants, needs!! I needed to recognize a birthday, a retirement, and a thank you all in one arrangement, and it wasn’t easy to do it on line so I called the store directly and received the kindest most helpful gentleman, Patrick! He helped me with it all! The choices are overwhelming and I wanted everything! He made suggestions that helped to get extra items in the fruit bouquet I chose, that weren’t apart of it! My recipient is so delighted!! Thank you Patrick for EVERYTHING!!!

Wonderful treats and manager! I went in Sunday afternoon I had never been in an Edible Arrangements store before based on what Id seen at work I thought they only had large expensive items made from melon. I was wrong. I found their $5 delights :) the manager was super nice and made sure my order was fresh even though I was just getting a little cup of strawberries and a little cup of bananas.

Love it here. Great that they have smoothies now as well. Fresh fruit cups to go are a great snack!

Great selections of chocolate dipped fruit and some new items. Love it.

They are 3 hours over due and still havent delivered the arrangement. They are just answering and putting people on hold. This might be the worst service Ive ever received

Ok...So, there are so many edible arrangements with bad reviews, Ive come to beleive this is not an easy business. Lol However, some are clearly worse than others. I do believe it was this one I had a problem with an order once, and the gentleman, perhaps owner was very snarky with me. I decided to try again, since the address I was sending it was 2 miles away, and I was hoping it would help to get it there no later than late morning or early afternoon. Plus their yelp reviews are up to 3 1/2 which is better than 2 which most often seem to be, even in Texas. Lol Anyway, the arrangement did not get there until about 5pm, but the driver was awesome, and stuck with me on the phone with a very kind and helpful attitude while I was trying to make sure they were there to receive the delivery, because it was her 50th bday, and I was so hoping she would be able to have it that day. The arrangement was absolutly beautiful, and looks very fresh and tastey though they have not yet had any, I suspect it will be tastey. 😊
