Very friendly and helpful staff.I have gotten copies and shipped items at this location. Why go anywhere else!

Lost my package over a month ago and the owner has been holding my reimbursement check for the past two weeks. He wont bother going out of his way to take it to the store so they can mail it to me. Never had a problem with UPS stores before this, but if you can find another store, I would highly recommend using it. The lack of concern by the owner is actually disturbing.

Brought in a heavy, oddly shaped item and the staff was very helpful in figuring out the appropriate boxing situation. The staff was also super friendly. I didn’t get any names but it was a Thursday at ~3:30 p.m. PDT. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Came here not know what I was suppose to do and came out a pro. Haha Located next to the Japanese market on Harbor so it was super convenient.Melvin here is so great. He was so nice and patient and helped me send a few things. Thanks UPS and Melvin.

I couldn’t even imagine writing a review about a UPS Store but the service today was so great that I had to. Abraham was incredibly helpful and patient as I fumbled through my Amazon codes and shipping slips. The last time I was in there I forgot a code and the lady said I needed to come back with it printed out. The same thing happened today but Abraham said I could email it to him and he would print it off in store. It’s the little things that turn a regular experience into an A+ customer experience. Thanks again Abraham.

Love using this store for my shipping needs, they make it so easy and are always very helpful. Close to where I live, I have been coming here for 30 years, never a problem. Staff is very capable and friendly, parking is usually right up front and available, you may have to park in the shopping center lot on busy days but, not likely. I was in and out of there today in under 15 minutes had to return a package, they made it to easy. Awesome !

I was looking at my dietary supplements. Overnight lean Keto and Paradise Slim Garcina SupplementLead to this address and this a ups store dont know what else to do .I call the number in the back of the bottles and the number is in vaild. Im going to throw the bottles away good thing i never took any pills yet.

I went here last week. The young Asian guy who “helped” was very rude. He didn’t want to communicate at all. It never happened before in any other UPS location.

The employees are so rude. Like so so unfriendly and rude. Every single time I have been here.

I came into this store to drop off textbooks that I rented through Amazon because my semester was done. I realize I shipped my books out 4 days until Christmas so I can only guess how crazy it gets especially with difficult customers and I normally give retail employees free passes during this time. However, when I dropped my books off the young employee packaged my books all together instead of separately because the books had 2 separate order numbers. When I tried explaining that to the employee he had attitude and basically said he KNOWS how to do his job. I wasn’t going to cause a scene because I had my 5 year old in the store with me and figured when Amazon gets both of them than they will scan them and upload on the system. I was definitely wrong and from here Amazon is at fault and has dropped the ball, because for the last few months I have been getting charged $200 every month for a book that was returned. (Amazon refunds the charge every time AFTER I call customer service) While this issue is definitely on Amazon, I can’t help but feel like if your employee would of just listened to me instead of being rude defensive than this wouldn’t of happened. Also, if this was done to me because of a packaging error than this could definitely be done to other people too, which is why I’m leaving feedback.

Staff and manager are very helpful and professional. Needed to securely pack and ship a heavy and expensive office item out. They are very service oriented and knowledgeable. They made the task a breeze to complete. This will be my new GO TO number 1 UPS store. The reserved parking right out front was very convenient for this rather big and heavy item where quality packaging prep was key. Cheers!

I was printing out notes for my homework and the printer beeped because it had no paper. I politely asked the woman at the desk to help me fix it. She made me extremely uncomfortable by not once but twice telling me I should’ve added the paper myself. Still being nice I said well I didn’t know where it went (considering they have huge printers with many compartments). She continued to go on that I should’ve done it myself. I guess UPS doesn’t care if customers break their printers and want us to mess around with them to not bother the workers who are paid to help??????

Dishonest!!! Go somewhere else!!! Disrespects females!!! Made mistakes notarizing and tried to double charge me. The guy who has done this for 30 years completely messed up notarizing my escrow paperwork. Was frazzled because of a line of customers and missed 2 spots. The next day my escrow co sent them back to him to fix and and he charged my credit card number AGAIN for the notarizing!!! He said I should have caught his mistake and what other choice do you have? You need these papers in time right? I cant express enough how much I hope you decide to go elsewhere...such a rude, unprofessional, and dishonest man!!! Said many inappropriate things....

I ship regularly for work and personal projects. Always attentive, helpful service. And fast. I also love the dedicated parking spaces right in front of the door - it can be a crowed parking lot.

I had a few questions about getting a mailbox at this location,I move alot! Lady that answered the phone was horribly rude to me! They should definitely work on their customer service at this location!

The tall ginger-ish guy was EXTREMELY rude!

I had the customer helper named, Sean. He was very sweet and helped me through my confusion. He told me what would be easiest and we sent all of my Christmas gifts really quick. I would go here again, especially if Sean can help a girl out again :)

1 fellow was polite to me but the big guy with the beard at the register was awful; he was condescending and had a very ugly attitude. Im not sure if hes just this way to women or if he thought he was too good to help customers in general. Ill never return to this store again because of how disrespected I felt.

You know .. YMMV. I felt I had to write a review for this place because... I have never had an issue, i have always done basic shipping here. Staff has been friendly. I never needed them to go out of their way for me, but they have always been cordial. I cannot speak about the other reviews - an employee here 2 years ago, or the notary issues? However, I felt that I should balance out the reviews a little bit with this one and hope those issues are in the past.
