In need of a new battery for my aging Samsung Galaxy s8 a co-worker recommended iSolution. Im glad he did, I was in and out with a new battery installed at a very reasonable price. If you need them, I recommend them!

I brought my phone in for repair. It had a broken screen. The technician working there diagnosed my smart phone to have a bad/exploded battery. He went ahead in just repairing a new screen. In doing so, he cracked the new screen when placing it onto the phone due to the batteries curve (it wasnt flat). Then he showed me the damage. Saying he now needed to order new parts to fix the mistakes that he had caused along with a additional fee for a new battery. Asking me to prepay $64 for these parts and unable to specify an exact date when these parts would be in. He just estimated a few days and gave me a hand written receipt expressing how I needed to bring a remaining $70 cash upon pickup.I went back and forth from this facility to my home on several occasions only to continuously have an unworking phone. He would place temporary hacks to fix the phone using items like scotch tape, rubber bands, and excuses. All leading me to drive to another phone repair store to have a working phone again.I tried to obtain a refund, but this man refused. He gave me the run around, asking to see my original broken phone screen and even when producing this item, he still refused. I feel robbed of my money and several days of strenuous hassles trying to get this person to make my phone operational. All to just go some where else and to receive proper and professional service. My phone was fixed that same day.I highly recommended to stay away from this business! I believe this company is sketchy, unprofessional, and steals your money. Dont trust them!

I had a cracked screen and a cracked cover, he made my phone look brand new like it was straight out the box, 5 stars for me

My phone XR broken LCD and a little water damaged, just about 90 mins everything is fixed, my phone now is back to life with a great price ever compare to surrounding shop. Thanks God for helping me finding this trustful store! My phone was dropped, glass broken and a little bit water damaged. All pictures of my project was inside, but the phone was mostly dead. The screen didn’t function properly to get out of the photos.. I was really frustrated & didn’t know how to archived the photos. One of my customers referred me to Isolution & Tri saved my date, saved my project. He diagnosed quickly and fixed the phone within 2 hours. I just paid screen replace & extra $30 water damage. Great to know this place on Craigslist, we have come to fix couple iPods classic and iPhone broken glass recently, We have checked all around it seem to be no one fix iPods classic anymore until we found this shop, it is so amazing to have my lovely 15 years iPods classic again. Went yesterday to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced (I figured if I could get a new battery I could postpone getting a new phone as everything else with the phone still is functional). Very reasonable price especially considering the labor and part needed and the fix was fast (I just hung out for 25 min or so while it was replaced). So far the phone and battery are working just as I had hoped. Very pleased with your shop!

I would like to give 0 stars.... I got the screen changed for my iPhone XS Max 38 days ago, and today my phone goes nuts... the touch screen does not work, the face recognition wont work, it keeps opening and closing apps.... it even went as far as to dial Emergency 911. The asian guy working refused to check it out stating I had to pay for services again. This man has no integrity or work ethic... wouldnt recommend going through the hassle that I did... And theres no clever enough response to ever justify what happened.

I cannot say enough about this company. The service has been great and they have been very helpful and have checked things out without charging us. We have two kids with Iphones that are always messing them up.

The guy got a second star only because my dog chewed up the top of my phone and he made it somewhat usable again. Other than that, I had to return the next day because the cameras were inoperable and the proximity sensor wasnt working, he charged me additional to repair what shouldve been done originally plus the proximity sensor worked correctly again and the ear piece sound was extremely low. All of which I lived with for over a year. Being the only person at the time for repairs I took a different phone to him and this time the mic didnt work afterwards so my wife had to speakerphone calls till she got a new one. Wasnt until recently that my screen cracked, I ordered a replacement for 85% lower plus it wasnt just the LCD but the entire display assembly which included ALL new sensors and ear speaker, when I opened mine up I can see numerous areas where he just didnt bother putting screws and brackets to hold everything together nice and snug. I opened up wifes to check hers and the same thing. The guy is like a micro screw troll or something. Costs me $~40 to do my own and his charges wouldve been $150 easily. Anyway avoid him.In finishing this I withdraw my two star and hes lucky he got one star now.

Fastest service that i have ever seen! My iphone 7 broken lcd in and out only 23 mins exactly! Not only that, price is very cool, i will prefer all my friend here in case they need phones and laptops service! NICE JOB!

They put the wrong brand of glass on the back of my s7 for $60. Went back a year later for my s8 back glass, it cost $48 and the fitment is poor, looks like you could get a finger nail under it and pull it off. Hopefully good enough for a trade in.

A relative referred me to these guys. My iPad mini was slowing down and these guys gave me a reasonable price. Theyre very friendly and they do their best to repair their clients broken and electronics as soon as possible and make sure that therere no problems.

My friend told me about isolution store, he fixed iPhone and iPad here several time. I was there to fix my iPhone 7 with broken screen today, they did a wonderful job, now I got a brand new phone again, so happy with the service, will come back in the future if my phone crack again lol! I got my Samsung galaxy s7 edge LCD last week, it is totally damage, can even see or touch anything!Then I search on google and Yelp to find out that ISOLUTION REPAIR that close to my working place, I brought the phone to them to try it out to see that they can help me anything to retrieve my informations!
