Paid extra for faster delivery and ive been waiting over a week. Im convinced the guy charged me for faster shipping knowing deliveries have been delayed.

Clean store but lacks a variety of games and merchandise that other gamestops have.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to this GameStop. It brings back many nostalgic memories for me from when I was a kid. You will receive good service, but depending on who is working that shift it’s a hit or a miss. Some employees act as though they couldn’t care less about being there. Others, like the managers, do treat you with respect and professionalism.

Great guys, very helpful. Happy to have this as my local store.

I LOVE THIS STORE!

Absolutely disgusted with customer service. Asked a simple question to see if they had an item in stock but employee gave an attitude and did not bother checking to see if the item was available elsewhere. Avoid this gamestop as employees will just give you an attitude and make you feel unwanted.

Even though the turnover rate is high everyone that they hire is pretty knowledgeable about all systems pretty much all games

I talked to someone in store asking for a 10 dlr game card. He toldme they only have 3mth card and a yr card. But he told me i can purchase a code and cost me 10 buck. I thought cool. But when i tried to redeem code the code didnt work.i called them back since i had just purchesd this (code) and the guy toldme that they couldnt refund my money and i sayd what a f. Game stop is good for one thing only. Screwing people.

Ok selection of games. The guy who was in charge was very apologetic for the wait but yet interrupted the guy helping me to see what coffee he wanted when our guy just wanted to ask him a question about how to help me. Priorities, right?

After a few years of avoiding this particular store due to horrible customer service, I returned to purchase something that wasnt in stock at any other local gamestop. What a difference. The store is immaculate, well stocked, well organized and the customer service is top notch.Went in again last night to purchase a controller for my husband and returned this morning to return it after discovering the only thing wrong with the controller we already had was user error. When I walked in this morning, the manager was working again and he greeted me by name.. it sounds silly but that means a lot to me. This location has gone from being my last option store to being my first choice. I will definitely be returning.

This branch the guys are a litte pushy.Basicly this one could benafit from self check out store basicly they go on line to tell you what they have instore. I could have done that at home.

Pre- ordered the superstar edition of madden 20 for like 85$, at the same time im buying far cry 5. When i get home that night i realize they gave me far cry new dawn. When i go to switch out and pick up the madden 20 copy, they tell me they accidentally sold my copy . Guy was apologetic and said i could wait till original release date and get a copy but i just took the money instead.

I have been going here since the 90s, when it was ebgames, and then it became gamestop. I love walking in here with all of the video games and cool stuff. I am like a kid in a candy store. They have excellent service, but they need to hire people that know more about video games and electronics. They need to walk in the geeks shoes.

Gamestop, more like Lamestop. Just use amazon or best buy if you want a game.

Was told they had a specific item in stock and they reserved me 1 of those items. I had to drive in heavy traffic for half an hour and when I got there, they said they forgot to mention the item was street dated and they could not sell me one. Wasted time on my part. The person was apologetic, but still. It would’ve been nice to know the item couldn’t be sold and saved me time and gas.

Rude and incompetent staff. Saw them try to rip off this one guy who brought in a bunch of games by saying since they were not next gen titles theyd give him less than a dollar for each. I am disgusted by this behavior and I will be talking to corporate.

Most the people here are great. There are a few guys that work there who can be lame, but for the most part they are helpful and usually have what I need
