Truly a pleasure finding Henderson car audio & alarm to help us replace a broken aftermarket stereo/camera/navigation system in our Honda Civic! I knew I would like the place when I prestige classic cars being worked on my the knowledgeable technicians but the true Gem is the owner Henry who is straightforward and charming! The service was outstanding, the pricing was fair and reasonable & the experience truly outstanding! I highly recommend Henderson to anyone looking to upgrade their sound system!

Terrible service the older gentleman that works there told me to use drugs instead of drinking because the LIFESAVER interlock device only registers alcohol? not really the advice I needed after 2 dui’s seeing as I have been sober for a few years but it was an interesting few months going there definitely glad I switched services to HB auto sound much more professional and I don’t have to deal with old ruthless-toothless.... do yourself a favor go anywhere else there are plenty of better shops

Went here a few weeks back and it was one of the best little shops Ive been to! I was in the middle of shopping for a new car and needed to pick up an aux cord on the way. The guy was super friendly and patient, and even advised me against the more expensive aux cords since there was no significant difference in quality between them. As I strolled around looking for something else to meet the card minimum, he gave me some advice on car shopping, and ended up letting me get the aux cord for free if I promised to come back with any car audio needs -- I would and will (once I actually find a car)!

Had alarm and speakers installed..the price was exactly what I was looking for.. wasnt hassled into anything more expensive..was given various options but never once did I feel like I was being pushed into something I couldnt afford.. everyone working there has a good attitude.. definitely a great experience real easy to deal with.. highly recommend.

Had to come here for an IID installation, $100 and they were done in about 30 minutes. -1 star because they misspelled my name on DMV paperwork, twice. Seems like a legit spot for audio installation though

I needed a stereo head installed in my car before going on a trip and did not have time to make an appointment. Stopped by a couple of other places in the area and was told that it would take many hours and that they could do it the following week. I stopped by here and met Henry and was told they could do it right then and they had all of the parts. Took a little extra work to install, but they still only charged me the quoted price, which was very reasonable. Very professional, quick and good guys. Definitely recommend! Stereo sounds great

I just took in my car to get a new stereo system and I am very happy I went there.I didnt really know what to get and Henry, the store manager, took his time to show me different options.I chose the kenwood touch screen and a back up camera.It looks great and works perfectI am very happy I chose Hendersons for this. DO NOT GO anywhere else except to Hendersons Audio. Dont get jerked around and get robbed by other shops.Ask for Joe or Henry, tell them Abraham sent you and you will get the best experience, trust me !Ive been a customer for 7+ years and bring all my business vehicles here. Im in and out of this shop once a week at least.They do damn near EVERYTHING audio and video for vehicles and party buses and boats. Custom work also. They fix door locks on top of it for cheap!

I was in the market for a new stereo for my 2003 Nissan Xterra. Im not much of a car guy so I was overwhelmed by all of the options and intricacies of buying and installing a new stereo, but I usually like to do a lot of research on any purchase that I make so Im not kicking myself in the head later. They had all the reputable brand names like Sony, Pioneer, Kenwood etc. I explained that I needed a double DIN stereo for my car and was not looking for a screen or anything fancy. Their prices were very reasonable compared to another shop down the street. I also saw an alarm system that we negotiated into a very reasonable deal for both of Sony radio and the Viper alarm system plus install! They were able to finish in under 2 hours and the job looks very professional and neat. I was glad Henry (I think it was) stopped me as I was walking out to ask me what he could do for me. They were very nice and honest and completed everything that they said they were going to do. I would definitely do business with them again and would recommend this shop to anybody.

Brought my car for the afternoon in with three goals remove the engine whine that just started, tune my stereo, and connect my phone to the bluetooth. I left with the stereo tuned. They forgot to do the other two things..

Henderson is the man! He is honest and straight to the point on what is going suit your needs the best.Rather than try to upsell me on buying newer subwoofers, he could see that my current 10 JL audios were not hitting to their full potential because the boxes were way to small and did not have ported holes in them. He explained to me some of the science behind volume of space and its importance, and also why having ported holes for quality sound helps a lot.He sold me two brand new bigger boxes, that had ported holes in them. They were still slim enough to fit great in my F-150 and now my subs hit 10xs harder and sound incrediblyyyyy better.I am so thankful I stopped in there and got his advice. I even did the installation myself which he said I would most likely be able to do on my own rather than charge me for labor and having them install it, which I appreciate because I was trying to not spend too much.All in all a great shop and a great owner!-Charlie

Ive been going to Henderson since i was a student at orange Coast college in the 1980s..yesterday they did my 6th car alarm and stereo installation...so i have only good things to say about their services and prices...

Terrible ship. Bad instad. Bad srrvice after the fact. When i went back for a blown speaker a month old from them, replaced it with a used one. Definitely. One of the worst shops i been in.
