An amazing selection to choose from and outstanding customer service. A sales associate named Sam helped me select the perfect entree for an upcoming cookout. I was blown away by his knowledge and enthusiasm. Don’t be fooled by his age he is extremely knowledgeable of the products they offer and very helpful if you are unsure what the best option would be. I left the store with everything I needed for the cookout, and a little something for myself per Sam’s recommendation.

When you walk in, everyone is so friendly and helpful! I wasn’t there a minute before an employee told me where to look and even followed me there to make sure I found everything. If you feed your dog(s) a raw diet, this place is a goldmine. Not only did they have more than what I was hoping to find, they can order anything you’d like and have it pretty quickly. It’s always great to find a fantastic family run business that you can support.

The breakfast sausage was great.Super cool place, very clean, very friendly staff. Tons of different items too. All kinds of truffles and even some iberian ham!Prices arnt cheap, but its quality meat!

100% go to place for steak nights. I used to buy my steaks from Costco until discovering the Butchery. Cuts are always nice and fresh. Selection is A+. They have a good selection of dinner accessories as well (sauces, pastas, wine, sides).

I cant say enough about this place! They have excellent quality meats, are very knowledgeable, accommodate all kinds of requests (like grinding, meats in the back, etc), and have a great selection of sauces, seasonings, and other little things you didnt know you needed but taste amazing,.

Big fan of The Butchery, a local spot for some of the best - if not the best - meat in town. Bristol is a close second but the Butchery has them beat. Phenomenal burgers (try the smokehouse they are out of this world), incredible cuts of Prime beef, juicy chicken (the house marinated chicken breast is epic), the broccolini and corn are amazing, great selection of sauces, buns, fresh bread, pickles you name it. If you’re in the mood for the best beef, chicken or sausage don’t think twice about going elsewhere.

My first visit to the Butcher Quality Meats started with some good natured jabs from a Buckeye fan employee, so I knew immediately I would love this place.I recieved great customer service along with great meat suggestions for the next time I light up my smoker.I expected great meat selections but was pleasantly surprised by all the other products available here: sauces, dry rubs, pickled eggs, cheeses, wines, etc.. Picked up some ribs this morning on my first visit. Cant wait to return to try more products.Lets Go Blue! 😁

Very crowded right now.Beautiful cuts of meats with very wide variety. BBQed some prime ribeye steaks that were tender and delicious.Huge deli case including lots of gourmet cheeses. Wines, crackers, pasta, sauces, salsa, cookies, spices,Not just a butcher, but loads of gourmet treats

I dont know how I lived in OC so many years without knowing about this place. I used to think Costco steaks were as good as it gets...until I found this place. WOW. These are some of the best cuts of meat Ive ever had. A5, Wagyu, USDA Prime - they got it all and its delicious. Better than what youll get at most steakhouses, provided you cook it properly of course.They also have some pretty good imported cheese which I highly you recommend you try.

First time in your establishment. Big rib eye fan. Purchased 2 choice bone in rib eyes. Great flavor, but honestly, both steaks had a lot of gristle. Quite a bit of waste on these two I’m afraid. For $60.00 can’t say I’m impressed. I will come back soon and try a different cut, most likely filets this next time, and I’ll let that be the determining factor whether or not I become a regular. Good service, quick, polite young man behind the meat counter and quickly stepped over to cashier too !

I grew up on a Farm so I should know..... This place is absolutely amazing. Fair prices, clean and pleasant store, educated and friendly staff. Not one complaint at all. Great sandwiches too.

The butchery has excellent quality meats. You will not be getting sale prices here but the quality of the meat is fantastic. They also have a wide selection of cheeses which are amazing and fun to try. The meats they have cover a broad range from beef (wagyu, Japanese a5, and all sorts of other beef), pork, jidori chicken, bison, and I believe you can request more exotic meats. I personally love the dry aged steaks and the wagyu. The store carries some spices, bbq essentials (lump coal and smoking woods) and a few ready to cook vegetables and meats. They have a few frozen goods too. They do not carry fresh fruits or other grocery staples for that please head to the nearest grocery store which there are several within walking distance. My wife and I always feel it is a great when buying our meat there and we tend to make it for a special occasion, however if we ate a lot of red meat I would definitely shop there much more often. The store itself is very clean and the staff are exceedly helpful when you are trying to pick from the delectable selection of meats!

Great variety of meats! On the pricey side but its good quality. My two favorites meats: 1. Burgundy Pepper Tri Tip 2. Bacon Cheddar Burgers. They also have a great selection of sauces and marinades. The only downfall to this location is the parking. The lot is so small it takes about 10 minutes just to find a parking spot.

This place is my Graceland. This is *the* place in Newport Beach to buy your meat/beer & wine/snacks/spices/prepared sides/wood for your smoker(!)/pre-made sandwiches/everything a self-respecting man needs to have a good time. Sure it isn’t cheap but it’s good quality and a great selection. As long as you know how to cook it, you won’t regret it.

Very interesting little place! Lots of high quality special meats and nice selection of items in the grocery area too. We picked up some sausages and the Italian with goat cheese was tasty. We will definitely be back to try more!

Legendary meats!!!! Everything from steaks to perfect ground beef mixes. This is also my go to for show off charcuterie plates with outstanding aged and smoked meats and cheeses. They also have a good selection of wine and beer for a one stop shop. Dont be fooled however, expect whole paycheck prices that will likely cause you to have poor sleep afterwards! Great service too, the guys genuinely want to show you their product knowledge. Give it a go on special occasions for sure!

I love the Butchery! All the cuts of meat I want and the quality is to die for....They also have some grocery and wine dept. Also you can get hard to find ice creams, broths and anything else your kitchen might need. Try the Leg of Lamb!

I always order fresh turkeys for the holidays. It may cost a little more but we get what we pay for.. and when you’ve missed your window for a fresh turkey they’re very helpful to find other options.

I took home a piece of the house marinated steak and was blown away by how delicious it was. Cant recommend this place enough! Wow, just wow! Best quality meats and a cheese selection that is second to none. The hooks 12 year cheddar is actually worth the $50 per pound they charge!

This place is fantastic! So many choices and great quality. Always have special cuts, I got brisket for Hanukkah and they cut ribeyes into thin slices for philly cheese steaks! The staff is so nice and helpful. I will be back soon.

The best gosh darn meats in town! I have tried other sources, some people have recommended other butcheries, however, this place gets their meats from SoCal ranches, much more fresh than say, Midwest or even Colorado.
