Received the best service from Manger Manny Torres. Was very respectful and helpful they scheduled my appointment the next day, I was in and out within an hour. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone.

Worst experience ever!! Highly incompetent employees that will rip apart your entire tire when you only brought it in for a patch! They blame it on the type of tire you had and dont take any responsibility for their terrible work. There is no communication with you as a customer and you only leave disappointed. Their manager was also rude and incompetent who didnt even want to accommodate me for the lack of skills of his employees. This is a terrible location. Do not bring your car here for any type of service, especially tires. You will highly regret it. I wish I never stepped foot here.

After a late night tire problems on the freeway, I found Just Tires, on Google Maps. The kindness and service were both top notch! A very special Thank you to Andy at the front desk, him & the crew got my daughter and I back on the road Quickly and safely! Yesterday morning on my way to work noticed tire sensor was showing low. Stopped at Just Tires to have air checked. It turns out I had 2 nails and as I am a caregiver I have to see clients thru out Orange County, I needed tire repaired. There was cars ahead of me but they were so understanding they repaired my tire first. I am so grateful to them. I care for the elders who need me there on time . I know were Im going next time when in need . Thanks 😊

They did a really wonderful job on our car. We had a nail in our tire and as they were fixing the tire, their machine broke. So they had to get a replacement to fix the tire. But rather than keeping us waiting until they received the machine, they replaced the tire free of charge to ensure we received our car at the promised time.Really great customer service and very kind. Highly recommend!

Great service, fast and reliable.

Once again JustTires missed my expectations. Ive bought new tires, and asked 3 times to replace broken pressure sensors. They confirmed that they can do it, and its still not done. They said that these sensors were too difficult they could not do it. Also a different part of sensors needed to be replaced than they expected. So they wasted my time again, and still there is no working sensor. I would not recommend.

Nice group over there. Had a bolt in my tire and they didnt hesitate to help or give me a hard sell. I appreciate that type of customer service because what they did was create a future customer.Update 6/6/20: Needed 2 more tires from them, another solid performance. Had all my information and didnt try to do anything other than put new tires on. Its hard to find a place that you feel comfortable with and as someone that rarely feels comfortable in an automotive environment, Ill continue to go to this shop and encourage my friends and neighbors to do the same.

Came here after purchasing my tires online and setting up an install appointment. I showed up on time for the appointment and was delighted to see nearly all the bays were open and my car was the only one in the lot - my lucky day! An HOUR AND A HALF later and I’m still sitting in the waiting area. 4 new tires on a car should take 30-45 minutes... will not be coming back.

Mom 83 year old mom got a flat on the freeway. AAA came but the company the last replaced her tires forgot to put the wheel lock back. They towed her to this Just Tires location. They didnt have her tire in stock but they broke the lock and put her spare on and would not accept payment. A real class act. Thank guys!

Great service. I made a appointment for a wheel balance and was done in 30 min. They honored the balance lifetime warranty. Reception dude was very professional.

Do not go here. Tire was near flat so I pulled in quickly for them to check it. Man at the desk continues to answer phones after I came in and he told me he would be right with me. I asked if they were too busy to see me(there was one customer). Instead offering to help, the oil change boy, tells me to park my car in a spot. I had pulled in immediately for them to look at and blocked no one. Rude rude rude! Terrible service and very old and worn down!

Made an appointment at 10amWas finally helped at 10:20.Said I was next car. Left to run a few errands. When I came back 1.5 hours later, my car hadnt even been looked at. The bays were all filled with cars that were not here when I left. Service rep at desk nervously ran off to techs. Tech came in and said he would do it next. Seems making appointments isnt necessary, as they just skip you. Maybe you have to stay to keep a close eye on them. Better options and service elsewhere.

I have had pretty good luck with this place. They sold me a 3 year alignment and I have had it done twice with good results. Not sure why so many others have had problems. Going to get my brakes done by them now since they beat the price of my local mechanic. Will post follow up after brake job. Post brake inspection......These guys are really honest checked my brakes and said just wait until you need new pads not worth replacing all brakes for a little shudder in steering column. I have had really good luck with these guys not sure why others had so many problems.

This is the only place I go for oil change and tires replacement. They have always been fair, reasonable, fast, and often go above and beyond.While there are a lot of negative reviews about this shop, Ive been using them consistently since around 2007 and have never had a problem.

Did a great job for me at a great price and on time.Road Service Hazard Program is great.Negative reviewers must have an axe to grind. Great place.

Avoid this place. It used to have good helpful people but the people there now are rude and unhelpful. When they sell you tires they make a big deal out of warranty and say to always bring there to fix but when I brought in 1 month old tires with a flat they said it would be at least 2 hours to fix a simple flat. My jack is missing in the car and they wouldnt even help to put a spare on so I just left and will get it done at the corner service station. Last time I buy tires here.

Better make an appointment. Otherwise they have no time to help you

Do not go here. I dont usually write reviews and I wouldnt if I didnt start adding things up. Went in to get my brakes looked at. I was sure my rotors needed to be replaced or at least resurfaced. To my surprise they told me I just needed new ones. OVER 5 HOURS LATER I called to ask what was going on, when they informed me they just started working on my car. I dropped it off at 11 am and got to pick it up at about 7pm! Now driving my brakes sound warped and suddenly Im out of my power steering fluid. The icing on the cake was today I came out to my car to notice a pair of plyers wedged under my hood! This service cost me almost $400! Horrible experience

Low tire pressure went off during heavy traffic on Harbor. Fearing another nail from living near messy construction, Andy could not have been more of ahelp and a good guy!

Terrible place to go to change your tire. It took them one hour To check one tire and let me know that they cannot fix it. On top of that they dont have a replacement for it. Any place in santa ana would have done it in 20 mins tops.

I went in to ask if they would install cam-bolts and do an alignment. The clerk said yes and added a quote of 89.00+ for the alignment. I told him i can get the alignment cheaper elsewhere.... he said it was a life timeLess then 6 months later i went back for my so called life time alignment and clerk said there is no such thing and that i had gone over the mileage for alingment. Yup you guessed it it did not say nothing on the receipt.Tried to call corporate... sure. Corporate/there is no corporate. Simply buyer beware.Thanks mr thief

The worst customer service ever! over charged us then made us sit there for 4 hours while they put tires ob every car that came in after us. I do nit recommend these very rude and un friendly people.

These guys quoted me 90$ for front wheels alignment. Somehow I found out a well respected service center 2 miles from just tires and they only charged me 60$.

Terrible. i dont think they could have done a worse job. I went for an oil change and a transmission fluid flush, but they broke the cap on the oil pan so I had to get the oil change redone at another place as well as fix the leak! also, after I got the oil change the dealership noticed that my transmission fluid was overflowing, and was dirty enough to warrant a flush. Just Tires actually made me pay extra to have more transmission fluid added to my car, only for me to find out that they added too much. these guys have no idea what they are doing and it costed me hundreds of dollars.

Disappointed in this location. Get better service at other locations.

== AVOID THIS PLACE ==03/04/16I made an appointment for Uber Vehicle Inspection at Just Tires located Harbor Blvd.I have done inspection in BMW Certified Dealer before going to Just Tires Harbor Blvd. Unfortunately BMW Dealers not authorized to sign Uber Inspection Paperwork. Then I drove to Just Tires location.After 1 hour they said that my vehicle DID NOT pass the test, reason why Front Tires are low. (2/32).This is the funniest part.They said I have to change my front tires.Once they see High-End vehicle they want to steal your money but they didnt know thatI already have the report. When I said you are mistaken, service advisor check front tire depth and understood that tire depth results were wrong. Then he called service guy to check again. Service guy continue lying and they went inside the office and discussed something for a minute.After they continued playing their game and told me that depth is 2/32 you have to replace. It was too funny I just checked and confirmed that front tires depths were 6/32 (Original Service record by BMW)They charged fake inspections cost from me :)Then I took my car to Firestone Location on 03/06/16. I give my car to them and guess what happened?They said car is perfect and PASS the test.My front tires depths are 5/32 as Firestone reported!Then I contacted Just Tires Customer Relation Services on 03/07/16 by e-mail.District Manager Richard called me on 03/08/16 and want me take my vehicle for another test in another Just Tires Location (Westminster). They want to make sure that measurement was true or wrong.I drove to Just Tires Westminster location on 03/08/16 and they checked tires. They gave me NEW report indicates that my front tire between 4/32 to 5/32. Right away they refund my money.Richard said that “If the measurements are wrong they have to TRAIN their guy that how to measure tires!!!It is unacceptable! I think they should TRAIN these guys who the LIE or not LIE!!!These guys have been working there over 2 years and no one can tell me that they do not know how to check depth! They just want to steal your money...

I get my oil changes here. Great service

They overfilled my car with oil so white plumes of smoke came out of the exhaust when I drove the car away. The manager tried to shift the blame on me saying it was my fault, and something to the effect that this is what happens when you have low oil. It was never indicated on my invoice or estimate that I had low oil in the car.The technician gave me a completely different story. He claimed that when they drained the oil some of it leaked onto the exhaust manifold which was suppose to be the cause for white plumes of smoke coming out of the exhaust. Yeah right. I talked to the manager again and the story turned into incomprehensible ramble about how its my fault, the car had low oil, and that nothing is wrong with the car.In the hour and a half that I was there they repeatedly drained the oil, refilled with oil, and ran the car until all the oil burned out of the exhaust system. Of course I took it straight to my mechanic who had to clean the whole intake system. There was so much oil it overfilled into the PCV valve and up into the intake system. It cost $500 in parts and labor to fix the damages. Just Tires would only cover $100 of it and told me that if I let their mechanic look at it they wouldve covered 100% of the cost. Why would I bring my car back to the place that couldnt competently perform an oil change, blame and lie to me, and tell me that nothing was wrong with the car? I declined the $100 and decided that writing a review would cost them much more than 500 bucks.There was a huge red flag when I first brought the car in. I shouldve walked out instead of letting them take my car. The manager asked me if my car was SOHC or DOHC. I initially told him DOHC and then after googling it corrected my answer to SOHC. He shook his head and muttered Are you sure? how long have you owned this car? HELLO youre supposed to know this, its youre job to look this up. How many of your customers know if their vehicle is single or overhead cam? Wish I couldve went back in time and just walked out at that point. $30 dollar oil change turned into a $500 one.
