Love this place staff is friendly, warm and welcoming! Prices are great. However, I have one BIG complaint. At the last two special sales at the Cortland store there has been almost absolutely nothing for men on the sale racks. The women had 15 or so racks of sale goods and the men had one with very very little to choose from. I was very disappointed. Probably 75% of my clothes come from Label Shopper....perhaps that change. Not by my choice....but theirs.

The store has moved to the Walmart plaza. They sell both mens and womens designer clothing at discount prices. I love finding J.Jill & Jones NY items at great prices! They also have jewelry, socks, athletic wear and coats.

RACIAL PROFILING at its finest. The staff in this store routinely follow me around making for a terrible shopping experience. A Caucasian friend of mine entered the store :20 before me and shopped without being followed. I entered the store and was immediately followed through the entire store for my entire visit. This happened to us on several occasions. I will never shop there again. My nice also experiences the same treatment when shopping there. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.

Love the bargains, store is too small. Hard to browse around cloths racks are crammed together. This is my only complaint.
