I was out looking for a new mattress/bed and happened to stop by here as my last stop. Working on a low budget we looked around unsure if I could afford anything when we met with Terry the store manager. It was a great experience talking with him he gave it to me straight showing what mattresss I could afford and what each difference was between them. He gave me options for payments over time and was very nice about working with my budget. All in all it was a good time I walked out happy and would definitely recommend this store for anyone else I know. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Sales and delivery very professional. Our location is a challenge but these men came prepared and took care of everything. Even four wheel drive truck to deliver. Salesman was courteous and worked hard to find a good and affordable match for our needs.

We worked with Jeff, and he was wonderful! Weve only had hand-me-down mattresses and didnt know anything about what kind of mattress worked best for us. He spent an hour alone just having us try mattresses to figure out which ones we liked. Then, when we went to financing options, we explained what we could and could not do financially. And while I dont understand finances enough to know exactly how he made it work, he bent over backwards to help us keep within our price range. While we were there for at least two hours, it didnt feel long because both Jeff and Amber were chatting with us while we waited on financing and really just made us feel comfortable. All I have left to say is thank you for the hospitality and helping us find a good mattress for us.

Absolutely great shopping experience. 10 years ago we had bought our mattress set and our daughters set from here. So when it came time for another set, this was our first and only stop. I called ahead of time to ask with covid how the shopping experience wld be. When we went into the store Craig helped us. He is very knowledgeable and helped point us in the right direction. His years of experience really shows. We ended up spending more money than we expected, but after trying the head and foot adjustable base, we had to buy one. It was a completely different but wonderful experience. We also bought a cooling mattress protector since I get so hot while sleeping nowadays with menopausee. Its no fun to get old. We also bought a cooling pillow. I am sure we will love it. Thank you Craig, you were awesome

Finalized sale at 5:32 and then were told sales need to be finalized by 5:30 in orderto get next day delivery. Really? Didnt spend enough money to qualify for a Veterans discount. Really? And, we chose to shop locally!!!!!

The store is very clean and very nice. They had everything right up front to sanitize your hands and made sure to require masks. The gentleman we dealt with was the reason there is only 4 stars and not 5. He was very overly chatty and shared way more Information about his personal life and views than necessary. He did catch on that I already new what I was looking for so he didn’t push in that regard. It became almost too uncomfortable for me to make a purchase.

This place is great. We spent about two hours trying every mattress and pillow they had to offer. We ended up purchasing an adjustable den frame with massage, a mattress that was on sale, a cooling heat dispersing cover, and two personalized pillows. The sales team was great - very informative and helpful, accommodating to our needs instead of the most expensive sale (as I have experienced elsewhere).I highly recommend you go in to their store and ask the questions you have, and let them help you find the right material for you personally to get your best rest on.Very satisfied with the customer service experience and our purchases. 5/5 star rating - couldn’t have been any better!

The two gentlemen who work at the Cortland Metro Mattress have been so helpful in buying a mattress, box springs, and bed frame. They showed me everything and we had to decide on our budget needs. Everything was delivered as promised and set up. We are also purchasing a Cool pillow that my wife needs due to hot flashes. If you are buying anything for a bedroom definitely stop and see these two men. You will not be disappointed.

Went to MM to get a mattress for my dad. Bought a twin, great service and product. Needed to return and did so with no hassles. Upgraded to a full size for 400$. The manager, Terry, was fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful, just the best. I cant recommend Terry and MM enough-you cant do better.

Andrew was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to replace a water bed frame for my elderly parents and the measurements were not standard. Andrew went out of his way to ensure that I purchased the correct frame and foundation for my parents. I had been looking online for items that would meet their needs. However, I found myself overwhelmed because the conventional replacement mattresses they had purchased to fit the California water bed were unique. Andrews research and basic knowledge of the industry was so helpful. Terry Vestal spent a lot of time with us and directed us to the next mattress based on our input from the previous one. He was knowledgeable, conversational, and not pushy. The store was clean and easy to move around. We spent over an hour, maybe two, and avoided trying many models he knew would waste our time. We found one my husband and I both liked and could afford, and Terry politely said goodnight when we left without closing the deal so we could think about it and check online reviews. I know that is hard on a salesperson who just spent hours on a customer! We went back in a few days to give our selection one last try and fill out the paperwork. The mattress was delivered without a hitch and the buying experience was a good one. I was all set to try ordering a mattress from one of the reputable online dealers, but now I’m glad we took the in-store route: we knew exactly what we were getting and we supported the local economy.

Terry took time to make sure that we found a bed and pillow that was perfect for us...after some time we were able to find a bed,pillows, and (to our surprise!) an adjustable bad that was perfect for us.The in-store experience was excellent! The delivery was great as well, they called to let us know when they were twenty minutes away, once they were here it took them less then five minutes to get the old bed out,and the new bed in and all set up!
