Be Careful, since new ownership has taken over. There are new Bogus charges ($22 MPSI) added on to a tire change over. I called 3 of their competitors and they have never heard of this charge. Only good thing, is Ray is still a decent person.

Im a long time user of trombley tire, at least 10 years now! The staff are always super helpful, prices are very reasonable and theyll do whatever they can to help you get your car back on the road. Ray is awesome!

I went in for alignment and left with crooked steering wheel and other steering issues. Waste of time and money. Now I have to get this figured out and waste more time... I am not happy with the service.Pro. Customer service was nice. Im not sure if the tech was just having an off day when I was there, but they gave me an appointment to get this taken care of.So other than the wasted time Im hopeful for the outcome.

Pro: friendly serviceCon: took my car in for a rear tire alignment(said specifically the back tires) and paid $91 for absolutely nothing to be done. Now Im out $91 and I have to pay for two new tires. Probably wont be going back.

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced at a garage!!! They took my tires off and told me they would have to charge me 5X what they said originally. So I told them nevermind. They put the tires back on and still charged me 40.50 for doing absolutely nothing!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!! Ill never go back and dont recommend them to anyone!!!

Im always treated well by the friendly staff and they get you in almost always within a day or two. The mechanics really know their business and the quality of repairs are top notch. I have been bringing mine and my familys vehicles for service there almost 20 years and wouldnt go anywhere else.

My daughter just brought her vehicle to the Cortland location for an inspection. I just wanted to thank the staff there for being decent and trustworthy! She took her vehicle recently to Goodyear in Ithaca and they didnt pass her vehicle and told her that her parking brake was sticking. My husband called and asked them how much it would cost to fix it and inspect her vehicle. They said it would be $64. So when she went back to have it done, they told her it would be $700!!! Can you imagine?!! So again, THANK YOU TROMBLEY!!! Your cover photo says it all... Fair prices. Great service. Good people!!!

Best place in town by far to take your vehicle for work. Honest staff and very fair prices! Ray (I believe) just hooked me up with a great set of tires for my F150, I went with his recommendation and am sure glad I did! Weve trusted Trombley with our cars for ten years, back to when they used to be called Ithaca Tire & Auto. Theyre busy, so plan on booking a week in advance. Theyre busy because theyre honest, trustworthy, fairly priced, and reliable. You have to be careful in Ithaca. Some of the mechanics are crooked slimeballs. The good mechanics in town include Trombley, Taber Street, and Dianes.

These guys are the absolute best. I have been going there for almost 2 decades - never a problem or misunderstanding. I dont dare to go anywhere else

Got 4 brand new tires for a road trip, I get on the highway and after about 62mph the tires start shaking like a California earthquake. It completely ruined my round of golf for my arrival time in myrtle since I had to stop at a shop off the highway. It was a 6hr wait till we were back in the road. I like things done the right way the first time when I pay full price.This is absolutely unacceptable, I wouldnt go back ever again! These idiots probably never balanced the tires, and that is like.... new tire 101...balance that sh**.Happy vacation to me.
