No public restroom. Pay $50 for gas, but go across the street to Rite Aid or Walgreens to use a restroom. Thanks for the inconvenience.
Love going there to get my gas with advantage card, great service and great manager that works there she will resolve any problems you may have
Needed to use the restroom and they dont have one (why??). Then I tried to fill the car with gas and the pump was going VERY slow to fill no matter how hard you press in the handle (took maybe 1 minute to get to $2.00 gas into the tank). So sad to see such a nice experience turn sour, at such a beloved and family-friendly gas station :(
No public restroom— weirdly enough, as this is a pretty average sized gas station, and one located right by I-81. We pass through Cortland when we’re driving to Syracuse and we’ll be planning to get our gas elsewhere from now on, rather than have to make a separate bathroom stop after stopping for gas.The least they could do is to stick a sign in the window so people can tell from their cars that there’s no restroom, because again, you’d never guess it from the outside looking in— I’ve never been to a gas station of this size that didn’t offer a restroom. People with mobility issues, people with bladder problems, parents with a child who’s about to have an “emergency”, etc. shouldn’t have to waste their time walking in and trying to flag down an employee to find out there’s no restroom.
Had surgery last night and needed to use the bathroom. Had to hold it for awhile before we got there since we were coming back from Syracuse. I literally couldnt hold it anymore and explained my situation to the woman who insisted I go across the street while I was losing control of my bladder in front of her and begging her to make an exception. She slammed the door in my face, so I called her a heartless witch and ended up going right there in the snow in tears and my stiches came open. I dont care what their policy was. Make an exception for an exceptional circumstance. Complete lack of empathy and decency towards another human being. I hope this place goes out of business
My kid want to use bathroom .they told him no they don’t have public restroom .even we purchase gas from them.I won’t recommended this place.Buy your gas from somewhere else
Diesel Fuel has been at $3.05 FOR MONTHS - Other stations in town were at $2.81 (Red Apple for Example). The price was lowered last week to $2.99 BUT today - after the news broke about the oil in Saudi, Diesel was increased to $3.25!! This is a 7 Eleven Store with a HUGE hole that engulfs your car, Ive complained 5 times and am told the owners know, but wont fix it!
Staff well mannered and quick to keep clean. All gas grades prone to have less condensation in it than most in Cortland due to high traffic and frequent fills here as well.
No bathrooms = No business
Stopped here for gas. My 4 year old son had to use the bathroom and I was told there were no public bathrooms. Very disappointed with the service.
No public restroom.
Usually on the cheap end for gas in Cortland.
