Royal Subaru takes great care of their customers. People are very responsive and helpful. When I had AC broken they gave me parts at the cost of the dealership what is way above $1,000.00. Shopping for a new vehicle during the pandemic can be challenging. I went to another dealership before visiting this one and have to say the experience was much better here. I worked with Bill over the phone before going out to meet him in person and see the car. The dealership was very clean and everyone there was wearing a mask properly. Its a smaller dealership so it was no crowded at all.In terms of car shopping, I cant recommend them enough. Bill really took the time to make sure I was making the right vehicle purchase for me. We went on the longest, most scenic test drive Ive ever experienced. Everyone was very friendly and the sale was done very quickly. I walked in Friday afternoon to look at a car and walked out with it on Saturday morning.And most importantly, I love my new car!

I used the Subaru service department to perform an oil change and inspection. Ive always trusted the service department to do the best work on my car. However, I was sorely disappointed with this service.The mechanic failed to put the oil change sticker in my car. The car was also supposed to be washed. After more than an hour and a half of waiting, I was told they were washing the car and it would be right out. After 10 more mins of waiting I noticed that my car was parked outside the bay. I walked back there to get it and it had NOT been washed. The young man who was supposed to get it done was socializing. I got the keys from him and left.

I knew what I wanted in both cases, the purchase experience was straightforward, low pressure, no games, professional, and the pricing was the best. All post-purchase service was excellent, and pricing was a bit below our local dealer. A small but very well run dealership.

I received a recall notice for my fuel pump. I made an appointment, took my Outback in, and was met at the door by the service representative who was waiting for me. They said it would take two hours, and it did. I was impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, and efficiency of the stack and mechanics. There were no surprises, no up selling, which I appreciated. It was very professional and friendly. What more can one ask for?

As always, the service at Royal Subaru is great. I was able to drop off my car right away and get a loaner until my car was finished. They navigated bringing the car to a company that previously worked on it and for reasons had to weld something on. As a result, I was saved about $2000 and that speaks for itself!

I purchased a 2017 Titan XD a couple of weeks ago. I found that Sirius XM continually cut out at the slightest obstacle such a a single tree. I traded in a 2012 Toyota Tundra that had Sirius XM and it never cut out in these spots, as well as my wifes Subaru (purchased a Royal), Obviously, the antenna is not up to par. Service says there is nothing wrong with it. While Stacy did her best to help me the service department was obstinate. It was my intention to utilize the Nissan service department for my new truck, but unless I can get this resolved, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.

Just came in for an air-bag recall. Now the air-bag warning light is flashing on the dashboard continuously. This recall has been open for a few years, after doing hundreds of recall fixes/updates, youd think theyd know what you are doing by now. Guess not. Now I have to schedule another appointment. I dont have time for this.

The new facility, waiting area, were amazing and the receptionists were very efficient and helpful! Have a nice area to get some work done and snacks are great! Also nice that you now dont have to park your car outside, but can drive right in during bad weather.

The customer service is exceptional! Very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. The scheduling to have a simple diagnostic test done takes a bit longer than expected sometimes up to week. We paid and were told the exact same thing that we were told prior That it needed a transmission but were still charged. It was driven .o2 miles after dropping it off and picking it up?
Very quick and efficient service. Very nice staff. The waiting room is adequate and my cars oil was changed, fluids added and the tires would have been rotated if I had driven more miles between oil changes. I didnt have to wait very long.
I was disappointed with my visit on 8/12/19. I was having the emergency brake recall repair done. I ended up being there almost 5 hours. I dont like driving cars Im not familiar with and as a widow I am alone and have no one to drop me off or pick me up. They were having trouble with the repair. One of the ladies went back to check and said they have had trouble with a few of them. When I was pulling out of the lot I heard the loudest metal on metal screaming I have ever heard. I turned around and went back. They say a brake pad got stuck in a caliper. I would have thought they would have checked those things. What ticked me off the most was when I was back waiting the lady didnt let me know my car was done. Normally they come to the waiting room, let you know it is ready, you go to the desk and get your paperwork, pay and get your key. Nothing. I went out there and she said the car was ready. I asked about the key and she said it was in the car. How long was I to sit there before she was going to let me know?Also, when I had my muffler done a couple of months ago they marked my tires as yellow on the multi point inspections. Interestingly enough, this time they were green. Same tires. I also found it interesting that every single customer that was there while I was waiting was told that either a light bulb needed to be replaced (that wasnt required to pass inspection) or the cabin filter needed to be replaced. They did that with me a while back as well. Sounds a lot like a way to get money as it seems odd that every single customer had one of those issues. I no longer trust this shop.

Took my car in to just get snow tires mounted and balanced. Issues were noted with the rear springs and Royal (Joe) was very accomodating with fixing the problem at a reasonable cost. I was treated fairly and efficiently and my Subie is back on the road better than ever.

Took me in on time and quick service. Rear brakes were shot, but fell under warranty. Rather not have the vehicle washed as the hard water left many water spots.
People and service were great. 5 stars all the way around. Very pleasant to deal with. Very disappointed that I had to spend $180 on caliper service for a Subaru that only has 14,000 miles on it and is less than a year old. And all four rotors had to be machined which was covered under warranty thank god. Answer for blame was the road conditions in this area?. I have a 2018 Honda civic with 42,000 miles and still have not serviced the brakes and last I checked it drives on the same roads. I guess that is why I have 4 Hondas and only one Subaru.
I had to have an update on my system on my Nissan it was very pleasant and wash my car I was so ecstatic and it did a checkpoint make sure everything was okay with my Rogue.
Worst customer service experience I have ever had!!! I had a morning appointment that should have been done by noon and it wasn’t completed until 430! When I went in to pick up my car the gentleman who waited on me made excuses, said stuff happens, if waiting on my car all day was the worst of my worries then I was doing well and proceeded to tell me he didn’t care that I was upset! I will never return and will never recommend this establishment.
We knew we would get one more car. I loved all my subarus, but Ive always driven a manual shift. The car we selected was in the showroom, when I sat in it I knew it was for us. Our Salesman, Robin was easy, no push, a real gentleman. The next today we called and settled the deal. We hadnt even driven geccar. The transition between manual and auto shift is easier than I thought. Very happy with the human experience. S. Morano
