My husband called to order a Massey tractor after hed done extensive research. The salesman immediately said now what makes you think you need that one, a 23 is just as good. (Apparently they had a bunch of them in stock). My husband politely got off the phone and immediately called Eklund. The sales guy there was awesome, he asked questions and made some suggestions and my hubby bought the tractor he wanted, plus a bunch of attachments. My hubby is a heavy equipment mechanic and operator and grew up on a farm. The CNY salesman assumed he didnt know what he was. talking about...too bad for him.i guess.

Reputable, knowledgeable, and honest good service. One of the only motorcycle repair shops that I trust in the area. They are willing to work with the manufacturer to make sure things are done correctly, and to cover costs if its warrantied. Because of the quick and trustworthy service, its worth the extra drive even though its a bit out of the way. Not to mention theyre the only dealer around that I know of that sells KTMs.

Came in here to get some parts for my street KTM, which unfortunately this place doesnt service. However, they were able to give me a NY state inspection quickly and easily, and their service manager was incredibly helpful and offered some great advice. This place is nowhere near local to me, but if it were, Id probably make it my local bike shop. Might be a good spot for KTM dirt bike riders.

After Buying a used piece of equipment that was perfect condition, right out of the field we are now replacing over $2500 in parts before we can even use it!!! Didnt have what I needed, but they thumbed through a catalog and could order it. No duh, I can order it and save the markup!

After my bike being there for 2 weeks for just oil change and inspection. I had to call them to see if the bike would ever be done. The service dept. never answers their phone or returns calls. I was asked to leave owners manual with them since my bike is BMW and now they cant find the manual. Bike is covered in dust when I picked it up. I never seen such poor treatment of customers and their bikes before.

Selection of helmets and cycles is great bur nor much of a selection of riding gear. Staff is not very helpful and not cheerful like they should be. I was disappointed.

I CAN NOT RECOMMEND CNY Power sports for repairs and service, I brought my A.T.V. to them with either a broken throttle cable or stuck throttle. When I dropped off the ATV off, I told them to call me when they found what was wrong before fixing it. 7 weeks later Mike told me it was fixed. I went to pick up my machine. He said the Carb. Assembly was removed and spent 5 hours cleaning it. There was also work done on the machine that I did not authorize, and was not needed. The bill was over $600.00 when initially I was told it would be a few hundredI confronted Mike about the repairs and unauthorized servicing. Each time I asked him about the repairs Mike had different conflicting answers e.g.: saying that Pat, his Mechanic was told to remove the Carb. & clean it. Then he told me that he himself did it. When asked why he changed the oil that I did not authorize, as I had done the oil change in the fall and it sat all winter, 1st he said that oil will get dirty just sitting there. I told him that was not true. Then he changed his story and said that he meant to say that he smelled mice pee in the oil so he changed it What does mice pee smell like in oil and how does a mouse get in there?I am 67 years old, he kept telling me time after time “We talked about that don’t you remember”? I am not senile. I know about motors and how they work. That carburetor was not taken apart, there was deposits of dirt and grime in the corners and nooks on the outside of the carbs. There was a streak of fluid running down from the Carbs & down the side of the engine, which was penetrating oil, used to free up the stuck throttle. And they charged 5hrs labor to have it run? And any good mechanic would know that you replace the Carbs “O” rings once you remove the Carbs. making for a good seal. I was not charged for new “O” rings. They did refund me for the oil change after arguing the fact that I did not authorize this service, but the bill was still over $500.00.When I dropped the ATV at the shop, I asked for help unloading it, due to my recent shoulder surgery. No one came out to help me unload the 650 ATV off the trailer..customer service stinks as well. Not of my own choosing, but my ATV club voted not to bring their machines to CNY for service or repairs and I will pass the word how they treated me. I trusted Mike and he let me down.

CNY Power Sports has some really great recreational vehicles with great prices. The service here is also really good, and theyre always a pleasure to work with.

They are either incompetent or unethical. Was going to buy a used bike from them. I asked steve how many hours are on the hour meter. He told me the bike didnt have a hour meter. when all 2017 ktm bikes come with one from the factory. Steve then said they would scan the bikes computer to check the hours and told me it had 27 hours. I told Steve I was 3.5 hours away and would drive up the next day to buy it. When I got their it had an hour meter right in the middle of the handle bars where it comes from ktm in bright orange which said 39.9. All Steve had to say was o we didnt see that. Do not make a long trip on their word of the condition they will waste your time hoping you will buy anyway since you drove so far.

IDK what to say about this shop. It is nice to see all the verity of bikes and wheelers Hondas to ktm to Yamahas and Suzuki all under one roof together. But when I walk in to get a radiator cap for my KTM, tell the guy 2011 ktm 350 sxf radiator cap, he grabs a random moose racing one off the wall and sees if it lines up. He grabs the united auto book and starts to try to find part number. After 20min he finds it in the four/utv wheeler parts book. Then he says well you can try this, and if it doesnt fit bring it back. I say never mind and walk away. This is why the internet is taking over due to idiotocracy. I walk back up once he is gone and ask the lady the same question. She pulls it up on her computer and says I can have one her in two days. So why did the guy give me attitude and act like I was asking for a unknown object lol.

Drove down from Lake George to look at a few units they had in stock and walked around show room completely ignored. Maybe I wasn’t dressed nice enough or my “cash” wasn’t good enough for them? One shouldn’t have to beg you to get customer service!

My son took his KTM 4 wheeler in. Needed a complete engine rebuild.. Cost over $3500. Used in twice. After the second time smoke came out of the engine, probable seal issue as far as we can tell. they will not stand behind their workmanship. It was only a few months out of the shop (after they kept it 6 months) and they tell hm it only has a 30 day warranty on the work. Clearly even they dont stand behind their repairs with such a short guarantee. Very disapointed

Lazy employees who offer a Penske service but have no idea what they are doing! We had arranged to pick up our 26 foot Penske rental truck at 8 a.m., and arrived promptly in time. The truck did not arrive until 8:06, and while that is annoying it is not a reflection on this location. However, we were not even greeted by an employee until 8:12, despite three different employees seeing us standing there (they turned away and headed the other way when they saw us). When we spoke to that first employee, I let him know that we were already running more than 10 minutes behind and that I needed to make it to work by nine. He said he would find someone, but he did not. 6 minutes later I went and found a different employee and explain the situation to them, and they said that they would find someone to help me. We did not actually get help until 8:25, fully 25 minutes after our appointment, and when I already thought that we would have left. Mike was not helpful, wish it was me, and had no idea what he was doing. Said that he was the one that started the Penske program there, but he did not appear to have any idea what he was doing. He insisted that I sign the disclosure stating that I had read over the entire rental agreement, before I had even seen the rental agreement. I explain this to him, and he said that he did not know how to show it to me prior to me signing, that I would just need to sign and then look at it after. This is illegal, and also how things are supposed to be done. Secondly, he had no idea that I needed and a dolly, even though it was very clearly stated on the exact rental agreement that he had apparently just been going over. When I told him that we needed those, that they were not in the truck, he said oh I did not know that. Pointed out that it was right there on the first page of the rental agreement, and then he said he would try to find some for us. I had made the reservation more than two weeks prior, and so there should have been no surprises. In the end we were not able to finish picking up the truck and get out of there until after 9, when I was already significantly late for work. When I called Penske to report this, their recording clearly states that they Pride themselves on having your truck ready to go at the time and location that you specify on the rental agreement. In this case it was over an hour later. Mike never apologized for the lateness, simply blaming it on everyone else but him. He said that the truck was late because of the weather, yet we live in Upstate New York where weather is a regular thing that we deal with, and I hadnt even brought up the truck being late to him. He said that he didnt know what he was doing because it wasnt his job anymore, and he was covering for someone else, but in the same breath he told me how he had started up the program two years prior. When I explained to him that we were running late on a reservation, he simply said well I dont know what you expect me to do. Well, I explained, I would have expected you to have come over when you were told the first two times that we were standing waiting. He did none of those things, and simply left us standing there while he chatted with other co-workers about some new snowmobile he had heard of. Highly unprofessional, a waste of time, and absolutely Not a place to pick up a Penske truck from if you were expecting to be on schedule. Terrible customer service.

CNY Powersports is a first class operation! I have been dealing with Tim in sales there for over ten years! All our toys come from here, ( snowmobiles, Sport UTV,s and recently a 6 seat Mule UTV) and we have always been happy with our purchases!Parts department is very knowledgeable and helpful! I have bought lots of accessories for all the toys, including helmets and riding gear!I have had service performed on all my equipment and although there have been some misunderstandings, Mike was very willing to do what had to be done to resolve the issues!I keep going back, and am sure Ill be there again to make sure the grandkids have fun as well!
