My visit to rent-A-Center was good. I got what I needed. The guy thought I was on drugs but Im just lacking sleep. 😁🤣. I enjoy the workers there. They really have a great sense of humor.

Have rented numerous items from here over a period of almost 10 years now. The employees are great, they work with you, and if you have a problem they work to resolve it immediately. My only complaint over the years would be they call a lot when your payment is due. However, I found if you tell them a time that you will pay by, they typically wont call until after that time.

Worst staff I’ve ever encountered in my life! No reason for them to be so unprofessional

Employees act unprofessional showing up after store hours unannounced and pry into non co-signers income statuses. Known to repetitively call customers numerous times a day to harass them. Unwilling to work with customers who are out of work.

Nothing but thieves never stiffed them on a payment but one month my payroll gets messed up they tell me i have 5 hours to pay or they will take everything back considering ive spent well over 12 grand in the last three years never will i rent something else through them tax time comes i will be paying off everything and be done with them
