Stayed in Cortez, woke up with a flat tire, called the shop one hour before opening, the dad answers and checks, they have the tire we need. He says come on in I’ll open early!! He got us fixed up and on our way. So friendly and knowledgeable. Great man to have in your city . We will never forget the generosity.

After inspecting my tire that kept going flat, the owner told me my only problem was a loose tire valve core. The valve core was tightened and everything was fine. Other area scooter repair shops told me I needed a new tire due to a puncture. Chrome Mafia saved me over $300.00, the shop certainly won all my future scooter repairs, theyre honest and loyal people - very good people.

My group and I were traveling from Colorado Springs Saturday on Memorial weekend when I was hearing a rattling sound near my engine. We reached out to Dale at Chrome Mafia and on Sunday (their day off), Dale and his father met us and diagnosed the problem and got us back on the road in under an hour. Great service. Knowledge and felt like a home away from home. If I lived closer I would do all my work at this shop. Wonderful experience.

Highly recommend - nicest and most helpful guys in the world. Had a drive chain issue on my Ducati while on a cross-country ride, and they were kind enough to sneak me in early in the morning despite not having an appointment. They had the chain off and a new one installed in half an hour, with some great conversation throughout.This is the kind of independent motorcycle shop that the world needs more of...I wish I lived closer, they would be my go-to shop no question.Thanks again guys.BrianNapa, CA

We were traveling through town on a 10-day trip through the region. We called the shop this morning as we were leaving town headed to the mountains. Dale and his team dropped what they were doing to help us out with a flat tire replacement. The guys in the shop could not have been more friendly, efficient or helpful! And then, Gracie, the shop dog, LOVED us UP to make things feel better. Thank you so much - we are back & rolling safely.

Absolute superior service, integrity and genuine helpfulness.I got stranded in Cortez, Colorado with an electrical malfunction on my motorcycle. Not knowing who to turn to on a Saturday night, I ended up reaching Terry of Chrome Mafia Custom Cycles in Cortez, Colorado. In ten minutes he drove out to see me and diagnosed the problem.Realizing it might be a bit more complicated and not wanting me to have additional problems down the road, we towed the bike to Chrome Mafia Custom Cycles and he set me up for the night. That morning (Sunday morning AND Mother’s Day) he and Dale (owner) worked on my bike and made it road worthy again.Their service was excellent, but their spirit of helpfulness was outstanding. Not only was the bike fixed, but I made some friends as well. For any day (but especially Mother’s Day) their service was incredibly speedy and clearly competent. They got me on the road and back to my family, all with seldom seen genuine road spirit and more than fair pricing. I just wish they weren’t 1,120 miles from my house, so I could have my bike serviced there regularly.
