My husband and I purchased a La Z Boy recliner from Town and Country and it had some strange defects (I have sold somewhere around $3 million dollars in La Z Boy product and have never experienced this before). Ryan heard what I was saying, and took the steps to replace my chair. The customer service I received couldn’t have been better.

Very overpriced. Mostly lazy boys. Not a lot of choices in this area to purchase new quality furniture so they can charge what they charge.

Purchased a sofa several years ago and it still like new. Easy to clean upholstery fabric and was the perfect length for my needs. I am very impressed with the friendly atmosphere, quality of their furniture and careful handling of it during delivery. Returned a couple of years later for a mattress and received the same service as before. We bought a king mattress a few weeks ago. Iove the hometown feel and service we get from Town & Country! Montezuma County is fortunate to have them!

His knowledge of the whole line of products, new developments, and shipping schedules is impressive. Next Monday night my spine will rest easy, sooner than we expected. We love this store!
