LIFESAVERS!! My wife and I were travelling through Colorado in our campervan when it broke down just outside of Cortez in the Mountains. All other shops in town couldnt see us for over a week but Chuck and Dustin saw us first thing in the morning. The broken part (Turbo Boost Hose) was unique to Mercedes but they were able to locate one in Arizona and have it shipped to the shop ASAP. Meanwhile, they allowed us to spend the night in our camper at their shop since we couldnt drive anywhere. Chuck also gave us a power cord so we could hook up to shore power for the night.Its very rare these days, at least in my part of the country, to find a mechanic shop that could be this friendly, helpful and compassionate to total strangers. These guys took such good care of my wife and I and when the part finally arrived, they immediately got to work and had it installed within an hour. We drove 1,800 miles home without a single issue. Hands down the BEST vehicle mechanic experience I have ever been through. Thank you Chuck, Dustin and the rest of the team at Diesel Tech!

Diesel Tech is about the only option in town to work on our companies fleet delivery vehicles. They always get everything correct the first time. They do excellent work and they are even better people! Dustin consistently goes above and beyond to help insure we are taken care of!

A local Dodge dealer had me convinced I needed a $3700 PCM for my Dodge Ram. As a last resort I went to Diesel Tech after Chuck advised me to get a second diagnosis. Come to find out the PCM was not even the issue. Diesel Tech literally saved me that amount, and possibly more. Thanks Chuck. You have a customer for life.

The most helpful, friendly, and thorough mechanics I’ve ever come across!We had some problems with our Skoolie while driving across country and we are so thankful that we happened to be in Cortez when it happened so Chuck and his crew could help us out.Extremely knowledgeable and helpful and fixed everything within just a few hours...on NYE no less! I was expecting to pay quite a bit given the situation but when the bill came out I was shocked at how inexpensive and fair it was. These guys are great!

We were from Idaho and these gentlemen treated us right all the way around even keeping the truck a few extra days until we could make the trip back to Colorado to pick it up. Reputable service and reasonable prices, where other places would and have price gouged, Diesel Tech treated us right! If I could give them more stars I would.

Justin was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Treated us out-of-towners very fairly even staying a little late Fri on a holiday weekend. Fixed our 7.3 power strokes notorious turbo compressor surge when another shop in area was clueless. Very happy.

This place is amazing! Motorhome broke down 15 miles away and owner let us park in front of the shop for the weekend until the part showed up!! Christmas week on top of everything. Even though they were extremely busy, all the employees and owner came out and helped as much as possible and offered all the knowledge and advice! 5 star rating for helping us out-of-towners!
