I called to see if they had some tires I saw on their website and they said they dont and they cant order them for me. They said I can order them online myself and schedule an appointment for them to install them for me. So I did so and had an appointment scheduled for 2 days after the tires arrived. I showed up and they tell me they dont do scheduling and that I gotta wait when I have my 3 yr old son and 9 month old daughter with me. They even looked in their own system and said they see the appointment scheduled. So if you see an appointment scheduled in your own system then how do you not allow appointments? That makes absolutely no sense to me. I even got a text that morning telling me to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment. Childish antics. I think the manager just dont wanna do his job. Im very disappointed with the customer service. Ill have my vehicle done else where from now on.
This is the quickest spot to get an oil change and Ive never had a problem so far 😊
Wes did our tire job within 45 min and got us back onto the road. The guy who checked us in was very friendly and a great conversation. Thank you guys in the auto center!!
I have been going here for years and only recently have had an issue. The manager has refused to correct it as far as I can tell so I felt I should share it. I will say that there some fabulous techs there, but you cant choose who works on your car. I spent about $800 on tires and after about 1 year they told me I needed a repair and to take it to the shop as the tires were damaged. I did, and spent $70 on the repair- a rebalance and rotation because the shop said it had not been done correctly and was causing the damage. I took the printout the shop gave me to TLE and tried to show it to them but they dismissed me and wouldnt even look at it. To this day they still havent corrected it so if you go there, check the work. The price is good but you dont know who will work on your car.

It’s clear nobody there could care less about helping you. The manager also watched me stand there and not get help at all. I was told I would have to wait two hours just for somebody to help me take my spare tire off so I can leave my spare there to get changed. I regret buying any tires there, I’d rather pay a little more for someplace that has decent customer service.
Excellent service, only available option on Sunday which is nice to have. The manager was quick to note the problem and the Service guy Wes (Technical manager) middle aged gentleman was quick to address it. Nice polite staff and they get straight to the point.I was on road trip and on Sat nite saw a big bold stuck up my tire. Drove all way from Monument Valley to Cortez and went to the Auto Care on Sunday morning. These guys handled things very well and got my vehicle ready in about 45 mins, all that for $10...wow
This is my local Walmart and I have visited other when I have been vactation and service at other have top notch. I have never had a good experience at my local Walmart in the auto care department. Im Very sad with work ethic.
We got a flat tire out here and they helped us with everything we needed. The mechanic or technician Donny helped us out with everything, and also great prices!

I visited the Cortez, CO Walmart Auto Center on 12/03/2016 for a simple oil change and replacing my tires with a new set of four. I waited for 3.5 hours for this simple task to be completed. Not only were the technicians rude, curt, and overall unknowledgeable about my vehicle, but at one point I even had to take it upon myself to call the closest dealership to assist the Walmart technicians in disabling my air-ride suspension. After 3.5 hours of waiting, I paid my $810.00 dollar bill, I left satisfied thinking I had my oil changed and had a new set of tires. However, on the morning of Tuesday, 12/06 three of the four tires were completely flat. I had to drive my vehicle 10mph from Dolores, CO to Cortez, CO and miss a morning of work. They didnt replace my tires pressure sensors properly, causing all of the tires to go flat.AJ the manager has been awesome in making this bad situation better. He has gone above and beyond to help me. He has rented me a car until he is able to replace the existing tires with another new set. The technician did not replace the pressure sensors correctly and ultimately ruined the first set. I am very greatful for AJ and his wonderful customer service.
