The office staff was less than professional. They were rude, condescending, and really didn’t act like the wanted your business. Because I travel for a living I replace my windshield 3-4 times a year. This business will never see anymore of my business.

The experience was great. I got there on time and was told it would take between an hour n half to 2hrs. From the time I walked in and drove off wit a new windshield, was 1 n a half hours 🙂As well as having a lifetime rock chip repair on the windshield, is worth the short wait. The price was also less than I was expecting. You wont be disappointed on this choice 👍👍

Not even a week and the rear view mirror fell off again. Very poor workmanship since I mentioned that I broke the windshield trying to get the rear view mirror back on when it fell off.

I had an antique door that had to have glass in it and after sunglass got done with it it was beautiful and I had it back in a timely matter.

They admitted to not taking enough time. Tore several holes in my headliner. I havent had enough time to see what if anything they are going to do about it.Just finished up with the manager. He says he believes his installer and doesnt know what to do so nothing will be done on their part. Our insurance says he has docum entation. The documents that said no discrepancy dissapeared and a new one showed up with holes and stain written in. However the counter gal said yesterday that nothing was noted and no signature was aquired from myself or husband. Billed for 2.7 hours when it took us 1 hour and 35 mins wait time arrival to departure. Somthin fishys goin on. LYING SLACKERS. SOOOO DISSAPOINTED!
