Very professional and helpful, they definitely know what they are doing. The best part is seeing the aquascape techniques and being able to buy the plants you actually want.

Absolutely happy, polite, and quick service when I did an errand stop to return an item for a friend (refund to come to HIS credit card). So, ordering from Amazon should be incredibly comfortable. That was a day after The UPS Store declared that it was not in their system to do it.
