I didnt actually get anything from here. There was an A-Frame outside with a coffee ad and I was on a hunt for caffeine. When I ordered my coffee, I was told they were unable to brew coffee beverages.I have no issue with running out of stock or broken equipment, but bring the ad inside if you cant deliver on the product.In conclusion, I reiterate that I did not actually have any coffee from here so I cant speak to the beverage quality. I can only attest to misleading A-FRAME advertising the one product they didnt have at the time.My rating is based off that alone, not quality or service. I would absolutely consider trying their coffee once the coffee operations are back in order. But please bring the sign in if you cant fulfill the coffee promise. I was really looking forward to a nice iced coffee from there and was let down. In an odd way it felt like a misleading marketing strategy. I say that because I left with a smoothie, and it was not bad given that the ingredients are 100% healthy and probably add years to your life expectancy. They turned kale and cucumber into a tolerable if not good taste. That is a feat in and of itself.Note: I caution the budget seekers, as this place is not cheap. I was close to needing a line of equity just to afford the smoothie (Im exaggerating of course, but you hopefully get my point; Not a cheap spot to stop by.)

Went in at 3pm on a sunny afternoon. There was a line of about a dozen customers sitting around waiting for their drinks or waiting to have their orders taken, and only 2 employees working the bar. One of them was leisurely working through the orders and the other was… crushing ice and opening boxes? Some folks ahead of me had been waiting for so long to place their order that they sat down. I waited in line for 15 minutes without it moving and finally left.I wish I could say I got bad service. It’s unfortunately more accurate to say I got no service. There’s a reason this location has so many bad reviews. If you’re looking for tea or coffee or juice, do yourself a favor and go to the Nordstrom’s cafe or Juice Shop instead.

I had vegan carrot juice (with ginger). It tasted great. It also made me laugh to think about vegan carrot juice. Not sure how carrot juice could not be vegan...

Every time when I am in this location at 6pm or later theyre in half closed mode. No coffee, floors wet smelling like a washing soap impossible to sit in, theyre also washing and cleaning all the equipment, are unhappy and showing attitude if you God forbid decide to stay. Unpleasant, rude. I asked when do they close the answer was at 8pm. Then why are you pushing customers out at 6?

Quality went down over the last year - sandwiches clearly not fresh, from fridge still crazy cold.

Sometimes the staff are super friendly. The juice was on ice?? I dont get it. Get the shots and skip the juice on ice for 8$ . I dont think its organic. Cheers

Went in because looked very clean and nice took 10 minutes to get juice even though I was the only one in the place all because the 4 men “working” were throwing a ball or apple into a crate and didn’t bother making the smoothie until i gave them a look. Only reason I gave 2 stars was because the juice taste good. But way too pricey for a small juice!

Love love love everything about Joe, and his juice. He hits all the right senses. Aesthetically pleasing, summertime house music is always a great choice, service was delightfully helpful and the shakes were amazing. Very inviting with outlets and WiFi to get some work done, or to sit and enjoy your day. Even the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. My first experience here couldn’t have been any better. A+! 💋

Staff is extremely unfriendly

I just paid ten dollars for sugar water when it’s called a juice!?!?! Green washing at its very best. Couldn’t drink it. Shoulda got my money back. Won’t be returning. Place needs a good cleaning too!!

Good ambiance and service. They make lattes that actually taste like a like a latte should - as opposed to the espresso-flavored warm milk at the chain places...

Wait? Food? Service? Ebbs and flows - Ive been here an hour and while the line reached 5-7 deep periodically; otherwise, theres essentially been little to no wait - certainly not worthy of a poor rating. Sorry, but I think were all too impatient anymore. The turkey sandwich on rye was very yummy, yet refreshingly different. Thank you! The staff were friendly, proficient and seemed very happy to be working hard - as needed. Cheers!

Non-kids music friendly - lude music blasting. The guy making the juice is throwing things around kitchen, spilling drinks out of a juicer, does not wash equipment after each use (barely splashing water on it from the faucet) have not changed gloves once and proceeded making a sandwhich for a customer in the same gloves he just barely wiped the kitchen counter. After seeing that, I threw my juice in a recycling

The worker who was making drinks paused before making my drink to allow himself to be interrupted by a friend who came in to talk to him and ask him to tell him about the drinks offered. He then moved up to cash register to continue discussion and to take his friends order, thereby taking over the current worker at the register. I waited about 5 minutes at which point I had to ask for my money back because the juicer was still talking to his friend and the worker thatI gavemyorderto started slowly cleaning a spot on his shirt the slowly wiping counter after I expressed him what had just happened. UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE.DISREPECTFUL. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Pretty good food and amazing customer service

They let us take our time deciding and ordering our food, and only in the end did they inform us that they dont take card, only cash. Frustrating waste of time.
