Very wide and amazing selection of products.Staff are so friendly insuring you are being taking care of. Its just fun to walk around looking at the verities of what they have.The ice cream maker was awesome and they sell the raw ingredients to prepare your own ice cream. Mugs with glass tops were great too.

Williams-Sonoma, Corte Madera. All for supporting local businesses, but...Was enjoying the Marin weather and stopped by the Corte Madera Williams-Sonoma today. Arrived home with two broken plates in a set of 12. They had a single flat sheet of paper between them (see photo). I went back to the store to get them replaced and the store manager immediately claimed I was lying about the way they were wrapped. Manager was very rude and also made several other false claims trying to prove it was my fault instead of just replacing two plates that are worth a less than $30.I was shocked at the confrontational attitude of the manager and two sales associates for such a trivial issue. This is the reason many brick and mortar establishments are failing. Poor customer service and horrible attitudes in an era where people dont have to deal with any of that online.Just bought the replacements on Williams-Sonomas website. Dont think I will ever go back to that store.

The is one of my favorite Williams-Sonoma stores. I love to shop at the flag store in Union Square, but this little gem has the best staff of all the other WS I have shopped at (more than 20). They are always friendly and super knowledgeable about cooking, food, and quality.

I love this store. I did purchase some cast iron pans. Some of the items I think are a bit over priced, but again its Marin County.

This store has a huge selection and is in a great location. The staff are very nice and helpful however they are extremely sales oriented. I couldnt go 5 minutes without someone coming up to me trying to sell something. Or, the fact that an employee was following me around insisting I make sure to come to her when Im ready to buy.

Horrible customer service. My top of the line vitamix purchased with them has broken twice within 6 months and their solution is for me to contact vitamix. Will not support Williams Sonoma in the future. Very disappointing

My wife went down today to purchase very specific knife for me for Christmas. The clerk tried to sell her any knife but the one she wanted. Eventually the clerk said. I’m obviously not going to sell you anything and simply walked away. Now I have to go down and buy myself the knife. Just sell the customer what their trying to buy for God’s sake!!!

Great store! Loved the display and the occasional samples that help with deciding what to buy. The array of baking and cooking materials is perfect for anyone who is an amateur or a professional in disguise.

Bought a knife for my household. Terin (spelling?) and John were both amazingly helpful and got me the right product at a great price.

We had a wonderful experience at the Corte Madera store. We received super service and were thrilled with the merchandise.

Employees at this place were very helpful when we were shopping for a toaster oven. They werent quick to point us to the more expensive models. Rather, they took the time to take the two cheapest Breville toaster ovens off the rack, plugged each one of them in on top of a counter, and walked us through the differences of the user interfaces between the two toaster ovens as if we were about cook something. The helpfulness and diligence shown by the associates really impressed me, and we ended up with an awesome toaster oven.

I miss the WS in Santa Rosa... But this one was just as nice. I was greeted and offered assistance within a few minutes of browsing the Easter goodies....good customer service!

I had an excellent experience yesterday at Williams Sonoma due to the expertise and outstanding service from Sophie at the Williams Sonoma in Corte Madera, California. As she quickly learned, I am Not a cook !!! So she assisted me with patience and grace throughout my Christmas purchase for my son. I will definitely return to Williams Sonoma because of Sophie . I prefer personal, knowledgeable service to any on-line shopping -- in a day and age where service and caring for the customers needs is a thing of the past !!! Great job Sophie !!

Poor customer service and lack friendliness. I went for a Two-in-One Vertical Chicken Roaster that it was not available at the store. Instead of presenting alternatives, my two kids and me were treated as outsiders and followed around the store. So, I say, so long Williams Sonoma and Looking forward to our future purchases at Sur La Table.

Friendly staff and they had the water kettle I wanted. Not much else to say 🙌👍

We came with a return and didnt have the receipt. Although the WS stickers were on the item we were told we cant get a store credit and have to get something of the same value the same day. Similar to what somebody else said we were treated very poorly and the whole experience was extremely uncomfortable.

I got a cake /punch bowl there. They wrapped it and when it was opened it was cracked! The second time bride got duplicate gifts, so apparently sale representative did not take care if her registry probably! Shopping elsewhere!
