Completely disappointed with the (lack of) service I received today (10.13.2018). Was not greeted by anyone, even though there were 3 employees in the store - one vendor, one stock person, and one sales associate. None of them were doing anything but standing, staring at nothing with their arms crossed, or stock Work that should not take precedence over a customer.I wandered around the store for 10 minutes with absolutely no help or assistance. I was looking for a specific brand and couldn’t find it anywhere, so finally asked for help- only to be told “I’m stocking right now”- no offer to answer a question for me, or even direct me to someone who could help.Finally, the sales associate asked me if she could ring me up for one of the items I was carrying, and I asked for the brand I was looking for- was told “no” when asked if they had it. No “what product were you looking for? Maybe we have something similar”- still no eye contact, no help- it was like I was inconveniencing her.I finally told her at the end of our interaction that she should greet her customers when they walk in a store. She said nothing. It was my birthday, and I wanted to buy a whole new skincare routine, but did not want my money to be spent in a store with such rude, unprofessional people.
Terrible customer service. Wouldnt allow me to return an unopened item despite having the receipt. I would not shop here.
