Ok, so I want to start off on a positive note. The Staff there were very polite and got the job done.My main problem is that they needed so much excess information about the car before they would do the job. Most tire shops u pull in with a flat they just do it in 20min and your on ur way. But Wal-Mart requires you to fill out paperwork on the car which was an additional 20min.

Im from out of town and my car batter died when I reached Walmart. They sent someone to jump my battery and did a battery test and replacement quickly. Everyone in the auto center was kind, outgoing, and made me feel safe. They were a blessing.

Had them do a fuel system service they charged $20 the dealership where I had taken my car wanted $160. Great to save that much money.

They Never Answer The Phone.

Went in for and oil change, left with a broken truck.I went in to get an oil change and as soon as I left walmart my ‘service engine soon’ light came on (which never happens) and my truck started to tremble. I drove down the street to autozone to have them see what was wrong with my car and once I parked and turned off the truck it would not turn on again. when I called to ask what all they did, and if they might have done something to the truck and they said they didn’t know. They told me they only looked at the oil on my truck, nothing else, despite them giving me a sheet listing the 30+ things they checked on my truck that day.Go to valvoline and pay the few buck extra so you don’t have to spend who knows how much on repairs.

Worse place Ive ever been waited 3 hrs to get 2 new tires on my truck and they still hadnt started it so I took the tires and went some where else I will never have Walmart work on my auto again I intend to spread the word

Had to wait to long to be waited on.

This is the second time Ive had problems from this walmart. Lazy employees and bad management. 2 hrs to change oil the first time. The second time I counted 5 employees in the shop standing around each other talking. I stood at my car for 15 minutes waiting to check in to get oil changed. I can understand the wait if your busy. They clearly were not.

When was the last time you watched an empty shop spent four and a half hours putting tires on your car. Then they made the bill out wrong so your tire warranty and your maintenance warranty which is a great product Walmart and Sams offer was not properly put on the bill in the only way they can fix it instead of just making another copy and mail it to you with the correct information on it you have to drive 300 miles back there and help them redo the bill so you can carry your warranty and road hazard papers with you whats very valuable thats one of the most important things Walmart and Sams stores is there after the sale car care package. I had to have unemployed in another store explain what was wrong with the bill so I didnt have to pay for a tire repair three days after I bought the tires which apparently they didnt fill up properly with air.

Got new windshield wipers this evening. The clerk in the automotive Dept. Was so nice and friendly. The mechanic that put the wipers on whats also very nice.

No notification when my car was ready, did put air in my tires, but did not refill wiper fluid.

Waited to long just to get started 45 minute wait no service. left to go elsewhere only took 25mins for two tires.

Extremely slow service in auto dept. THEY need supervisor that knows what they are doing.

Oil changes are nice

They didnt fill the washer fluid, nor did they rest the need oil change light.

Took forever to get anything done and I only needed my battery replaced!

Spent 8 hrs waiting for them to change my tires. I reported this to the manager and hthe manager acted as if this was normal.

They actually replaced one blown tire on my suburban with the completely wrong size tire..they dont even carry 0-40 full synthetic oil for my new truck...there is not a 0 star function...

They are like very dirty when they do the oil change, they left the engine all stained then I had to clean it when they were paid for the service.
