These people are awesome! Had to replace a passenger window in a 2017 Dodge Ram 2500, and they knocked it out of the park. Super professional, speedy completion and very friendly. Even gave me a great deal on the price. Will certainly be going back if I have any more glass needs.

The lady in the office was super nice! Needed my windshield replaced and it was done within an hour. I will say.. when my husband made the appt he told them the specifics of my windshield (sound screen) and I did not get one that is sound screen. Not too worried, as I didn’t say anything but would’ve been nice to get the same one as I had.

Nick will replace your window with no questions asked. He did my wifes car. Then turned around and did my truck. Then turned around and did my bosss. In 1 day. Thays not including the whole lot he finished in between them. Hes a good guy running a good business.

Do not carry youauto to this business..... They scratched the custom painted topper..on my wifes truck..... I mean all over... The owner Nick even admitted his workers were very unprofessional.... They slid cardboard all over the painted topper.... It cut into the paint..... He told to carry it to a warehouse by the train tracks and have someone buff it out..... They could not buff out the deep scratches..... He wanted me to take it back and have them paint it..... I was not comfortable doing that..... I didnt even like the area..... Nick agreed to pay me cash out of pocket and shook my hand..... Im afraid Nick is not an honest man either..... He backed out of paying for all the trouble he caused me..... Ill never use this business again and strongly discourage others.... I have proof of pictures and correspondence.....

While on a recent trip to Houston I went for a run at Memorial Park between my Dr. appointments as I always do. Sadly, this time my car was broken into while I was running. I was leaving straight away to drive home and it was starting to rain in Houston. I had a 350 mile drive back home and no local auto glass establishments had a window in stock. So I had to drive home with windows down, with the rain behind and in front of me. Fortunately my friend called ahead for me to the cities down the road and located Precision Glass in Corsicana. I found out later that the owner’s assistant didnt show up, a friend of his came in as a favor and ours was her first call. Nick, the owner was already behind but took the time to try and make this work for me. The glass supplier had already left with the order for the day and Nick offered to drive there to get my window. The glass place also went out of their way to do an extra delivery. As I arrived, exhausted from the trip and only 2 hours sleep, not feeling well, and with the rain having caught up with me and beating into my car, Nick worked me into his schedule and very quickly repaired it to get me on the road again. Ive always tried to do my very best for others and silently go out of my way, never knowing if its making a difference. Let me assure you, being on the receiving end of so much kindness, I am overwhelmed with gratefulness! I highly recommend Nick and Corsicana Precision Auto Glass. Thank you for going above and beyond to make a very bad situation a whole lot better for me!
