Today Vernon, took the time with us to correct my mistakes by ordering on Sears.com. I spent the whole day on line and still waiting for a credit to my account. Vernon listen to my wishes and I left feeling happy. My advice go to the store that way if there’s a problem there’s someone to answer you.

Husband sent me in to get him a tool which I knew nothing about when I arrived. But when I left after talking to Danny I knew all about it . Thank you so very much

The prices and the service were AMAZING. RICKY CRUTCHER was the customer service professional who helped me with my appliance purchases, delivery and installation. Everything went off without a hitch. My Kenmore washer is wonderful. After all my research and talking to both of the major hardware stores (you know who they are) and reading all the customer reviews I was very confused. Both my own experience and the customer reviews from both hardware stores left me feeling very uneasy about using them for this expensive purchase. Washers have become very fancy but much less effective and reliable. Even Consumer Reports did not rate the washing machines above the mid 80s. The people at Sears did a wonderful job with both delivery and installation 5 stars for both. Thanks so much! I will be back for sure.

I had a wonderful experience at this store when I was shopping for my new refrigerator and stove. Christi was the sales person that assisted me. It was a no pressure sale, something I value when shopping. Unlike most places that try to steer you towards the most expensive items, Christi tried to get the appliances that I needed at the least cost to me, but that still fit my needs. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects. She explained how the appliances worked, went thru finance options and offered protection agreements, if I was interested. Long time ago went In there to exange some screwdrivers. They did not give me a receipt. Kept going to check. They changed the story. Told them to give them back. The guy said they were in a vault...... I never went back and never will.

Sears Hometown Store in Corsicana is a great store. The staff is every knowledgeable and willing to help. Major brands to choose from and great prices.

It was a true pleasure shopping for our dryer and lawn mower at Sears Hometown Corsicana. The owner and staff are both very knowledgeable and friendly! What we liked best is the fact that the owner gave us tips to try to fix our 30 yr old dryer before we spent money on a new one. After trying to fix the old one and it still didn’t work he helped us choose one that was efficient and functional but didn’t break our budget! We are now customers for life!!

I will not being coming back to this store i am out of words of how furious i am with the worker there my grandma ordered a washer and bryer from there and they where supposed to drop it off at the house so she waits for them in the morning but they never showed up so she calls and ask where they are at all of a sudden they start yelling at my grandma to the point she crys how dose someone hire a person to work there and yell at a customer all she wanted was for the people to brop it off and leave but my grandma has had more then one problem with them my grandma is the nicest person you would meet so i dont understand why someone would be so rude to her so we will not come back and if i where you i wouldnt either

My wife and I went in to get a refrigerator and made out like a bandit . Not only did Danny give me a great deal on a side by side refrigerator, he also helped load and let me borrow some straps and a dolly to unload . Recently, my daughter was having a terrible experience getting her washer repaired, and I tried to step in with the Warranty Department. No luck! A two week wait was the best they could do IF they could get the part! Out of desperation, I went to our Sears store & complained to Danny Hilton. He became our advocate and assured me that he would get results, and he did! Instead of making lame excuses, he got on the phone and expedited the process. Three days later, the part arrived and the repair man did the work. The washer is running, and Danny is our hometown hero!

To start with i went to the big box store with many appliances on display the only catch is you cant have it for 3 plus days....I went to Sears and they actually have appliances you can take home today. Great customer service and service plans etc. I know Sears has had some problems but i like the feeling like i matter and that is what i go from Sears.

I drove 2 hours to this location because they were the only one that had the black stainless dishwasher I wanted. I called first and spoke with Ricky who confirmed he had it. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ricky and his co-worker with smiles ready to assist me. After checking the dishwasher, I happily purchased it. We had to do a separate sale for the microwave that was to be ordered and the in-house Sears system was not cooperating. Ricky was on the phone immediately with tech support and another department. Thankfully, Ricky was able to figure out the problem. Unfortunately, because I didnt have my new Sears card with access to the security code yet, we were unable to make the sale with the microwave. He suggested I go to the Grandbury store since its almost on my way back home but they were closing at 3pm and I never would have made it. Ricky did everything possible to help me. Even when he had to repeat himself numerous times to tech support, he kept a smile on his face.. He apologized after he realized nobody has access to the 3 digit security code. Grandbury Sears is an hour drive one way from me. It just sucks that I have to drive there to try and get this microwave for the 4th of July sale and it might not even be able to be delivered because I think Im outside their delivery zone.. Either way, I was very happy with my purchase in Corsicana, TX and the customer service there was top notch.
