This is the second time Ive rented a Uhaul truck from here and had a great experience both times. Amber, the woman running the office, is what made the difference in my opinion. She was knowledgeable, got me in and out quickly, made sure I had everything I needed, answered all my questions and most importantly SHE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY, GREAT ATTITUDE AND HAD A SMILE THE WHOLE TIME! Great customer service is something most businesses are lacking these days, but Amber excels in that area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

IM WONDERING IF THIS STORAGE FACILITY IS EVER GOING TO BE FACILITATED WITH A DUMPSTER? I WORKED AT SEVERAL OF THE U-HAUL LOCATIONS AND TO BE QUITE FRANK THEY ALL HAD DUMPSTER SERVICE WHICH RUNS HAND IN HAND WITH STORAGE.

Expensive compared to others in area. And they trick u into renting their locks. Not impressed at all. Only reason we chose them was their close proximity to our hotel.

Im manager an maintenance man for town & country trailer park and the owner of the park rents a spot at the storage. Its safe an convenient nothing has been stolen from us there an the people who work there are friendly an helpful. 5 stars for the 3 years weve rented from them.

Kate is so awesome. She helped me with my short notice crisis and was able to get me two units side by side. I would highly recommend Kate you will not be disappointed. Would love to do business with Kate again and again.....

Great experience renting a Uhaul plus auto transport from them. Kate went above and beyond, throwing in a free dolly, helping me get the get the auto transport hooked up and even driving me to the truck in a golf cart because it was raining.

Kate is the most awesome person to deal with when you need storage. Shes very courteous and knows her job well and treats you with respect like youre family!!!!! I will recommend this facility to anyone that needs storage. Thank you Kate for being you!!!!!

These units at this location are a great value, but the customer service is what sets them apart. If you are in Flour Bluff and need a deal on a unit I would highly recommend this place. Everybody is super friendly and always eager to help.

Best prices in town. They have a pretty beefy-looking gate that you need to have a code to get through as well as cameras; so your items are secure and youll always have peace-of-mind.
