Sweet upgrade! Lots of female friendly outdoor Island eye candy for us to browse while the guys check out the cleaner & more organized hardware. The aisles are clearly marked and tagged properly. Lots of new items for grills, deck and patio lighting, entertaining as well as gardening.....and general maintenance, of course. I love have this so close.

Love stores like this place, have everything you need and is high quality at the right price. Help and assistance is very good.

I told them what i needed and they had it waiting at checkout for me. This store is very expensive. But they have everything someone on the island might need.

I have been in this store several times now, while doing some repairs to a condo. Every time I have been in, everyone has been so helpful and kind! Not only are they a well stocked store, but their prices are reasonable for being the only hardware store on the island. The store has always been clean and organized when I’ve been in. I enjoy shopping here.

Wasnt sure if it was my curtain like mask that I was wearing or maybe my wrinkled shirt but I sure hope it wasnt the color of my skin that made me feel unwelcome. Ive been down that road before but I didnt expect to feel that unwelcome feeling at a local hardware store. To each there own...get over it people Im American born and raised as are my parents. Dont judge a book by its cover

This place carries stuff you would never expect. Has kept me from having to go over the bridge more times than I can count. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what is needed for most repairs. Always get good advice and almost never have to leave the Island for my home repairs! Highly recommend!

ACE is the place. Usually you can find what you need in a pinch without having to go OTB. Friendly helpful people. New ownership slowly but surely improving the store, not that it was bad before..

This is a great Ace Hardware. Lots of fishing gear, $20 Calcutta polarized and a strong selection of everything.

Its like the old fashioned hardware store. Employees ready to help. Need just a washer? You can probably find it. Maybe a little more expensive than the big box stores, but theses guys are in our neighborhood. I support them whenever I can.

Excellent neighborhood ACE, man at the hardware section was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful finding what I needed. Its like being in the Andy Griffith Show.

I usually don’t feel compelled to leave a review, however, this was the best experience I’ve ever had in a hardware store. The employees are phenomenal.

Ace is a life saver! I HATE going OTB to run to Lowes or Home Depot walking around lost until I can finally find someone to help me find what I am looking for. The people at Ace are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They even helped me load salt for my water softener into my car when I had both my kids with me. You cant beat the service!

Today I went in the store with many questions about generators and one of thier salesmen Dave was absolutely fantastic he answered every question and offered various tips on how to maintain and service a generator. I would highly recommend this store.

Has everything you need for repairs. Stopped by to find some replacement parts for my RV trailer. Slightly pricey but I guess its better and more convenient than driving off the Island.

The girl at the register asked me what I needed as soon as I walked in the door and she directed me to that section to make my purchase easy. I like that in a store

On the island but has so much to offer that cant get alot of places, bolt assortments are fantastic, staff was friendly as well.

I would go to Coastal Hardware before Zarskys, cause the people at zarskys counter are very arrogant they claim they dont make mistakes EVER. every time I call to see if they have an item they lady answering the phone is UNeducated about what they have in stock. I have received inaccurate information that cost me time and money

Very nice place to shop they have all kinds of stuff from A-Z. Im always surprised what you can find there vs a big box store. The staff is super friendly, the greet you at the door and direct you to the exact right spot. If you still need more help they will come with you and advise or explain it to you. There hours are a little short mostly 8-5 vs the big box stores. Today i teased the lady Michele at the cash register that soon she would need to change her name to Alexa.....Alexa ring me up !! is what i told her. Also if they made alexa in human form - she would be what Alexa would look like ..lol

Man, this lady WILL NOT allow a handicap person w handicap parking tags to park in that handicap parking spot! She came out & demanded our vehicle be moved or she would tow it. Although there are NO signs stating the name & contact information of a towing agency as legally required in order to tow a vehicle. Very rude!! Please dont do business with these heartless people!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called to see if they had an item I was looking for. The older gentleman I was put through to was extremely rude and not helpful at all. When I asked to be transferred to someone who could help me, he hung up on me. I would never spend $1 of my hard earned money in an establishment that allows their employees to treat their customers this way.

Boo to this Ace Hardware. Bought a socket set 5 weeks ago and it literally fell apart in my hands today (05-01-2016) while using it. Went to the store and they refused to replace it or give my $ back. We try to support local businesses but not with this lack of customer support and poor quality tools. Will not return.
