I like that they have a new selection of Fantasy characters that stretch across platforms from Harry Potter, to Star Wars, Disney, and Animal Crossing.But to be extremely honest, I am quite disappointed at the experience. I was very contemplative about ordering my daughter her bear through the web. But decided to head into the store instead because it was her birthday today. There is a Count your Candles program which online it states they will do their best as a company to keep in stock the birthday bear.But today was told that it would be a 1-2 week wait on this product. I usually buy my kids their bears from here for special occasions and have throughout the years. They always give the dolls in a cardboard box. But this year my kids were given a paper bag that honestly couldnt even hold the weight for their toy. It was kinda saddening experience wise. To boot the stores hours were limited because of issues with inventory, employee shortage, as well as stuffing.The employee was very sweet and definitely do her best to offer an up sell. But I wasnt going to use the offer. Hope things get better soon, because I have always loved the experience in the past.

Love love love this store and the build a bear builders are amazing the manager went above and beyond to make sure i got my jack and Sally bears absolutely love them!!! Thank you so much and thank you for making this old lady feel like a kid again ya girls are amazing!!!

My wife and I had such a great experience here from the moment we walked in. The staff is very friendly and showed us both a good time.

Build-A-Bear is always lots of fun for the kids. The employees are always super friendly and patient with the children.

Never disappointed when I take my kids to build a bear. The staff is friendly and make the whole build a bear experience exciting for the kids!

These workers at this location are so nice! My son is autistic and collects build a bears. He also damages them quite frequently but the ladies at this store always fix them right up! My son calls it the bear hospital and we always bring home anew friend!

The employees here are very nice and helpful. :) We visited from San Antonio. We bought a lot of things here. My family was satisfied, everything was clean and organized and you can tell these girls knew what theyre doing.

As Im standing in line with my children they move the line and make me start over at the back. I called corporate and the manager lies to them and tells them they put me in the same spot. The store is a great store. They should get better employees to run the place.

I took my daughter here for her 4th birthday. The lady that helped us out was awesome. She checked on us a couple of times while we were browsing the store but without being pushy. She was very sweet with my daughter when it was time to build her stuffed animals.

It was horrible!! The girl in the front wasn’t nice to us. I believe her name was CI-Ci?? Not sure if I’m spelling it her name... She wasn’t even friendly to my toddler and it broke my heart!! She was friendly and all bubbly to other kids. Asking so many question.. but not with us....

I did my daughters 11th their last Saturday and it was my first time (even though my daughter had been 3 times) and it was wonderful!! The girls that work that evening were so nice and patience with the kids of my parry!! My daughter and her friends were all smiles when we left their!!! Thanks again🤗

Super nice and thoughtful staff. Kinda pricey but have alout of sales .my daughter Loves her werewolf & her bat toy super cute toys well made too! Also they do free maintenance on there products too.

The build a bear in La Palmera mall is really clean and organized. The staff there is really friendly and sweet.

Dont go in close to closing or they will rush you and your kid out the door.
