Brought my air nailer to this company they diagnosedthe problem fixed it immediately and I was out in 10 minutes with my fixed nailer.

In response to the CW J review of 1 star, every tool worked on here is gone through. If your Hitachi framing nailer was not driving the nail all the way it was quite possible that you had a broken driver blade. We would have replaced it and sent you on your way. We would not have given you back a tool with a disintegrated bumper. That is a common problem in that tool that easily could have happened once it was fully operational again. You could have brought the tool back to us to look at again and address the issues you were having with it. As far as rust on the socket head cap screws, we are in a salty environment here in Corpus Christi, TX, almost every tool that comes in has one form of rust or another. Seeing rust in the threads or wherever you are saying it was does not mean we never opened the tool. The rust does not come off the threads or screws when you loosen them. Please feel free to bring your tool back and we will make sure you are taken care of.
