Good store. Have specialized items that are hard to find other places. A little more expensive than your box stores but the personalized service is sometimes worth the extra cost

I have to give a massive shoutout to Grainger’s customer support, especially to Joseph, for being top notch. If i could give more than five stars, I would. I feel Joseph in particular went above and beyond today. I needed some equipment ASAP for my job, and I called Grainger to see if they happened to have it in stock in Corpus. This was made a bit difficult as you cannot actually call the store directly, but have to go through the 1-800 number. Not only was Joseph very polite and pleasant through the whole encounter, he was very patient and helpful. He managed to locate the part I needed, and helped talk me through how to order it online for curbside pickup on the mobile website as I was having some difficulty seeing the part online. The part where Joseph went above and beyond was about 5 minutes after I placed the order. I got a call BACK from Joseph; on his own initiative, he had actually followed up on my order as he wanted to make sure it went through! And thanks to his diligence, he caught that I had made a mistake and ordered the part to be shipped to my house instead of for curbside delivery! Thanks to him, I was able to get my item promptly today instead of waiting days for it to arrive due to my error. Thank you to Grainger and especially Joseph!

I called to look into pricing and they had what i was looking for, but almost $200 more than I found at another location. When i asked about price matching I was told in a VERY rough manner that We HERE AT GRAINGER DONT PRICE MATCH. WE ARE A TOP OF THE LINE COMPANY AND DONT HAVE TO MATCH ANYONE. OUR NAME IS UN PARALLELED then she hung up. I gurantee I will never buy from them again.
